    Not a fan of Joe Philbin. For me, it's pretty evident that he brings very little to the table in terms of adding wins for this team by putting players in the best position to win.

    With that said, Philbin would've looked a lot better if we executed better. Ryan Tannehill missed SO MANY big plays.

    Again if it hadn't been for Charles Clay making some absolutely studly plays, along with a Wake sack, we may only win 6 games.

    I just think Philbin is mediocre. I think the talent is mediocre. I think it's all a bunch of meh..

    My biggest problem with Philbin is that in a year where you catch those breaks that Clay and Wake afforded you, you weren't able to put together a gameplan or coach your team to a win against 2 inferior teams. Again, mediocrity...

    With the disconnect between Ireland and Philbin I wonder how Joe feels about any of the current players on the roster. I wonder if Joe really likes any of the free agents or draftees in terms of being the guys he would have "picked" had he the power to make the choices. How in sync was Ireland and Philbin during the first draft and free agency period?
