    Off season plan:

    1. Fix the OL between the draft and free agency.

    2. Move Dion Jordan to OLB, draft a pass rushing DE like James Gayle to replace Jordan on the line.

    3. Look at drafting an LB in expectation of dumping Ellerbe after next year. Look at Kyle Van Noy and Christian Jones. Jordan takes Wheeler's spot next year, accept that Wheeler was a bad investment, dump him and his huge salary in 2015. Misi maybe to MLB.

    4. Re-sign Brent Grimes.

    5. Before you do any of this, get a GM who knows OL, LBs and how to build a roster ten times better than Jeff Ireland ever did. Value shopping at the Cowboys OL reject superstore is strictly verboten.

    6. Make sure that Tannehill and Wallace work at least twice as much on their timing of deep passes, and fine Wallace if he decides again this year that pre-game warmups with his QB aren't important. Drill into Tannehill's head that releasing the ball sooner is a must and consistently underthrowing Wallace is no longer acceptable.

    7. Re-sign Matt Moore, because if RT gets hurt and we have to go with Pat Devlin, we're screwed.

Your snarkiness is late, already changed it. Try contributing something instead.

I'd take Henne as a backup in a heartbeat. He's one of the better backups in the league.

Could be, but at what price? Salary excluded, I'd take Matt Moore over Chad Henne. I really need to see improvement out of Devlin before I'd trust him as the backup, I'm not overly impressed so far.

I don't think Moore makes sense at that salary and I believe the odds of Devlin being at least as successful in this system are high. And I'm not even much of Devlin fan. The rest of the plan seems reasonable.

Well yeah, salary would have to play a part in it. Honestly I like both Moore and Henne as backups but not at the money Moore is making.

If Moore can't get a chance to start elsewhere he's got a pretty sweet gig here, even at a million or so less. He seems to have a better feel for the game than Henne imo- I'm ok with Henne, but I'd prefer Moore if the salary is right.

I knew i would get heat for Henne but im just saying he was under used and strictly told checkdown and all that ****,if he is put in the right situation he played ok with a bad jags team and we all know he van throw bombs like to Ginn..

We have Bob lazor one of the.best Qb Coaches..More is Makin 3 Million this year.

He wasn't told to strictly check down, he's programmed to do it. For MANY reasons. He's not a good QB. Just let it be.

If Moore isnt interested in coming back at a lower salary, and Henne is, I'd be ok with the switch. Then I'd have the jersey of two Fins QBs on the roster, lol.

Henne could never run this offense.

no they are not....i have no idea where he gets the ideas for these threads

  19. As tough as Tanny has shown himself to be I could care less who his BU ends up being. I do not forsee RT missing much if any time at all.

I would rather draft Jimmy Garoppolo and pick up Christian Ponder if the
    Vikes release him.

When Ponder is 100% he is alright. He is just rarely 100% healthy.

Last year left a really bad taste in my mouth for injured-project types of players. Long history of injury = no thanks.

The UCF quarterback (Bortles) will probably be long gone before we pick.

I agree but all it takes is one bad hit on a planted leg, for example.
