We've all been there, in Middle school and High School. Some of stay the same, some of us change and some of us become a bit of both. Where are you today ?
I'm one of those who doesn't play high school sports, doesn't pay attention in class and still manage a 3.4 GPA lol. I have no clue how but it works. Do I fall under nerd or jock or neither? Nerds sit with those big backpacks, hear every word the teacher says and have no friends. I'm the complete opposite but I don't play sports anymore.
And two girlie dogs. I'm a bit of both. I love to read books on science, but I'll kick your butt when I'm done.
I played football for a bit, never paid attention in class and had a 3.9+. I did post-secondary my senior year and played Lacrosse at the University of Toledo my only year there. I was also Chess Club VP though, and on the quiz bowl team. I'd say I was certainly a nerd or a geek, but I did/do enjoy sports. I could mingle with almost everyone, but really didn't have many "friends." Just a ton of acquaintances.
Ive always been obsessed with sports (watching and playing) but love Star Wars and just about anything Sci-Fi.
I also am a bit of both. I played ice hockey in high school and still do in an adult league, but I was also in band and enjoyed music.
Nerd = no sports, good grades, wore plaid shirt & glasses, and got a hard on each and every time Mary Plimpton wore that tight blue shirt Jock = did sports, hung out only with other jocks, never studied and didn't have to get a hard on when Mary Plimpton wore the tight blue shirt, because you already knew that she stuffed her bra
Oh you are ???? Hmmmm let me see smart and played some sports. And mega gay - this is husband material You passed the interview contest. Now on to the main prize contest -- you do know what the main prize is don't you ? (see I always knew I could bait one these straight boys and they fall for it each time)
Actually neither. If I HAD to make a pick, Jock...but I WAS the kid that got along with everybody. Jock only because I lettered in Soccer 4 years Didnt pay that much attention to class-work through High-School...made College VERY tough
Oh I know that one too, I sloughed off some my senior year. It made freshman year at The U tougher than it sould have been. I had to work too so it made it even tougher.
