The Mike Wallace signing is almost certainly a failure of the entire franchise, from PR to coaching to scouting. I really doubt Wallace was courted without both Philbin and Ross on board.

All this seems to be sour grapes on the signing. He's here, he's been open, the QB is missing him. Pretty straight forward.

My biggest concern right now with Wallace is this - Wallace alone on the sideline:

Tannehill needs to be demonstrating more leadership and spending time keeping Wallace focused. These guys need to be meshing even if they aren't connecting on deep passes this season.

Apart from the TDs, Wallace's numbers are fairly close to being on track with his career. He averages around 60-65 catches, 1,010 yards, and 8 TDs a season. He probably isn't going to get those 8 TDs nor the 1000 yards this season unless Sherman starts finding ways to get him the ball more often.

Can't be, see this is a timing offense and the ball comes out blah blah blah

Happy to have him on the roster, ecstatic actually, not thrilled with the drops otherwise he is about what I thought he would be.

Not my $$$, why should I care about his contract.

yeah lets just ignore the drops and the fact that hes not open doing anything other than running a straight line.

Or let's just ignore the fact that with better throws he has 3-4 50+ TDs.

You seem to have already made your decision.

How ? How is it stupid to not deny what we've been seeing ? This is all fact, and it's a problem. You guys sound absolutely clueless defending this guy.... And why ? Sure, with a perfect pass every time he'd be reeling them in, but you can't deny what we're all seeing, and how it effects the team. That looks stupid.

Tannehill is unable to use Wallace's greatest strength, that is what we are seeing.
