It just means the kicker starts closer to the end zone. It doesn't apply after the kick like I think it should. Hence why teams should be trying to take out kickers....by rule it's a pitiful penalty.
So shouldn't they have started at the 15 or 10 because of the running into penalty (don't recall if it's 5 or 10)?
