Got anybody in your family that does? I'd tell you to download a Hirens disc but that gives you enough tools to be dangerous :) Just ask around to borrow somebody's.

Thanks all. I have decided to do a full system recovery and start over like its a new PC. Sucks to lose everthing but nothing else worked. Everthing loaded and started up no problem. Which leads me to ask if everthing was in working order and not burnt out or bad then why didnt it startup in the first place.

Sometimes the master boot record and boot files get out of whack because of the way A hard disc drive writes info. Something as simple as a system crash or bad write could have caused this. I've encountered the problem many times, you just to have somebody who knows how to apply the fix. Worst case, I would take the disc out, put it in an enclosure and copy it to another computer and then do the restore so you don't lose anything.
