Was never a huge fan of his Mustang work, but this car looks pretty sweet. I'll take 0-60 in 3.2 anytime...
Not a terrible price either tbh, not that I can come anywhere near affording it, probably ever lol Still, nice ride to say the least
Saleen is da man when it comes to great mustangs and cars. I also love the cars that Roush comes out with. My latest mustang was a '90 GT running low 13's in the quarter mile. Nothing impressive but it was one hell of a fun car to drive.
I was never a fan of his mustangs either. He put together a great exterior package but what you paid for didn't justify what always seemed to be lacking under the hood of his cars. Steeda always trumped what he could do for a much lower price tag. Having said that, this Raptor looks amazing.
*ahem* Heard of the S302E “Extreme”? I don't think Steeda can match this one. It's $80K, but if you can find me a car with these specs for less, PLEASE let me know where it is!
Easy Pagan..... I'm on your side.... a fellow Mustang lover. Don't get into your "ricer bashing" mode. I can't argue with his top end Mustang work. I should have clarified. What I never respected was the work he put into the entry level Saleen Mustangs. You paid out the nose for his name IMO. Admittedly I haven't checked on what they've been doing recently including this little gem.
Hey...how did you manage to move your post that I already quoted from to AFTER mine? Houdini! And I know you're a Stang lover too...and I'm right there with ya about Saleen being overrated for the lower end ones. I never heard of this one either until a couple of weeks ago.
