He was cut when going to 75 I believe. I really don't think he has much to offer personally.

Dolphins went to the wire with the Eagles when it came to signing him. I expect a waiver claim more than I don't.

WR, Cobi Hamilton got cut by the Bengals apparently (was a 6th rd pick this year). Not sure how he looked in the PS but he had decent #'s by the box scores. Let's get Sebo's opinion

I'd definitely take a look at him. I watched a lot of Arkansas games (my father in-law is a huge fan). They have a similar player already in Sanu.

I just saw someone say DJ Williams (TE from Arkansas who was with GB) got cut. If so, we need to claim him. Claim him and sign Michael Robinson today please.

What has that got to do with the fact the Dolphins scored zero points against the Patriots defense the last time these two teams met in the regular season last yea?. The last I checked, Brady doesn't play on the Patriots defense.

If the Patriots have been so bad drafting defensive players, you would have to think that opposing offenses would be able to score a ton of points against them.

While Brady is certainly the main reason for the success of the Patriots over the past decade. The reality is that the Patriots haven't won a SB in the past four years and other teams have been able to compete with them and beat them. The Dolphins just don't seem to be one of those teams.

The last time the Dolphins beat the Patriots was in 2009 and that was by one point in a meaningless game for the Patriots, late in the 2009 season. Over the past three years years the Patriots have won the past six games by a combined score of 195-85. This means the Dolphins have averaged 14 points a game against a defense that many people on here seem to think is weak. No team in the NFL is going to win many games in the NFL only scoring an average of 14 points a game against a( bad defense) and an outstanding offense.

So if the Patriots have been so bad at drafting players, the Dolphins have obviously been far worse in recent years, just based on their record against the Patriots and their overall record against other teams in the NFL.

Signing Williams doesn't necessarily have to do with how they feel about Egnew. Egnew has done enough to earn a spot on the team based on the preseason IMO even if Keller hadn't got hurt, and I'm not sure what is such a nightmare about him being on the team.

How has he been a nightmare? He ran good routes last game and blocked until the whistle blew. He scores if Devlin threw the ball where it needed to be.

He isn't a true TE though, so they may not have interest. He's more like what Sherman wanted to do with Clay and Keller this year.

If you could not seem the huge improvement in Egnew this training camp, you may want to find another hobby than following the Dolphins. Perhaps stamp collecting. Perhaps belly button lint. :shifty:
