what you think of LB Jayson DiManche from the bengals, is he gonna make it ? i have to admit i just saw him on hard knocks, but from that limited footage, he looked good...yeah i know, chris hogan did too
Patriots just cut both Daniel Fells and Jake Ballard. If you want experience at the tight end position, those guys have a'plenty.
I dunno....to be honest...I liked what I saw out of both Egnew and Sims last night. I watched Eggs make a pancake....hes really come on when it comes to blocking. And Sims looked pretty fluid to me...hes a hoss
From what I remember Ballard played pretty well with The Giants. Dunno what happened to him last year.
Of the two I'd be most interested in Fells but not necessarily at the expense of Clay, Egnew or Sims.
I know Cincinnati likes him. I didn't see their game last night, but I know one of their backup LBs got injured. I know it's not J.K. Schaeffer, but I have no idea who actually did get injured. Edit - It was Emmanuel Lamur, one of their backups from last year's roster. He's got a shoulder injury, so perhaps DiManche has a shot. If anything, I think he's a practice squadder for them.
Eagles have make 13 moves. Still have 9 more players to cut. They cut Everette Brown, Antonio Dixon, David King, G.J. Kinne, Matt Kopa, Ifeanyi Momah, Will Murphy, Dallas Reynolds, Adrian Robinson, Matt Tennant and Trevard Lindley. Both Matt Tobin AND Michael Bamiro have made it thus far.
Yea, I'm probably down. We need some serious help in the backfield. I think there will be a few guys worth considering once everyone pares down to 53, maybe some even preferable to Johnson.
Dolphns probably wouldn't be interested because they have so much depth at DT but I am surprised to see DT David Carter cut out of Arizona.
LOL what? 6 fumbles? I was going off PFF's data. But the NFL.com data says he has 6 of them too. Jesus. I see. He did have 6. He recovered 3 himself. He lost another one out of bounds. The defense recovered 2 of them.
Former Cane guard/tackle Brandon Washington was reported waived but i guess was not?,as well as guard Senio Kelemete. Zebrie Sanders waived by Bills.
Crezdon Butler could hardly be worse than R.J Stanford if we want to keep 6 corners, he was someone the Bills had high hopes could become a starter before the preseason.
He got cut because he isn't the guy he used to be before his injury, and I don't think he's a marked improvement.
If the Pats can't use you as a tight end, you must be washed up... although they cut Fells too... now there's a guy.
I understand the Bills liked Keith Pough, the linebacker from Howard, who was cut today. I guess they are trying to get him to the practice squad.
I would not touch the Patriot tight ends. I would look at the Packer and Eagle tight ends if some of them are cut. They are young and with potential.
