His wife must of said something about him having no neck, two months ago he couldn't fit into his suit he was retaining water and fat so much, when he talked you could hear the foam in his mouth gather from excited salivary glands, maybe his wife started having some wandering eyes ya know.. Anyways, the douchbag when he talked about the pats said, " yeah amendola might not be Welker, but he'll get the job done, and Aaron Dobson is big and fast, no BS..
I don't understand why people are getting all wound up about what Heath Evans says. It's been obvious for years he has an agenda. Let him run his yap, this team can make him look like more of a buffoon (if possible) by winning.
Dude grew up in palm beach, during the Marino era, how the hell does he not love the phins? Dion jordan gets 18 sacks as a rookie I would be kissing irelands ***, but this clown still thinks it would be a bad pick. This guy took a lot of blows to the head.
Yup, Mike Wallace was an anchor slowing Pittsburgh down..... 'cept for that Super Bowl they won with him.. err that one he won for them. ... and apparently Miami is better off w/ Bess than 1 of only 3 NFL WRs to average 1000+ yards and 8+ TDs the past 4 years. ... and apparently Brandon Gibson is a nobody as a #3 receiver despite leading the NFL in total Touchdown/1st Down efficiency. Funny how Evans disses us at WR, pass rush, linebacker, and CB but then supports the Jests who ditched Revis for a rookie corner, have nothing close to a Cam Wake nor added a top pass rusher in the draft, have a second year player starting at ILB who saw 3 starts last year, and have greater concerns in the WR route running & hands department with Stephen Hill, Santonio Holmes, Jeremy Kerley, Clyde Gates, and Braylon Edwards. I guess it's not good enough to have two great route runners with solid hands [Hartline & Gibson] who can efficiently move the ball between the 20's; we should've sacrificed Wallace's speed & big play ability for ANOTHER chain-mover like Welker or Amendola so that we could beat the possession receiver aspect of the passing game like a dead horse. Hey and forget NY has Mark friggin' Sanchez. It's not like quarterback play matters am I right. Do you even know what the **** you're talking about, Evans? This isn't the homer in me asking. I seriously wanna know how your brain forms its thoughts.
And Mark Sanchez wore a jet green head band yesterday for camp.. douchbag, I believe I heard him rag on mark Sanchez last year, and I mean rag..hmmm wouldn't that be funny to show him.
To be fair they did add the best CB in the draft in Miller and S Richardson to bolster their DL. Their problems are not going to be on the defensive side of the ball IMO… they just are not going to score a ton of points.
I absolutely love both their top picks,Richardson was on par with Dion for me, he's going to be a great player imo, but there is only one darrelle Revis.
i like Chris ivory as a back, I wonder how good he is a pass protection, and their oline, who the hell is starting for them these days. The way to beat Sanchez is to obstruct his passing lane, his release is low because of how wide his base needs to be to get velocity on the ball, we should be able to kill him..wouldn't that be cool???
Unless you are a conservative running for office,,, then you have to keep your mouth shut less the IRS be in your business… lol
Heath Evans comments do not even warrant players lending their ear to what he says and getting them pumped to prove him wrong. Hard to listen to a bonafide Patriots suck merchant that lives off it for a living. Willie McGinest says decent stuff about the Phins. He is what i call an Ex-Patriot that got himself known as a Patriot in a winning team and an opinion that i at least listen to. Heath Evans? Give me a break. I'd be pretty embarrassed knowing i was a homer when my professional career (knowing Phins cut him) was so blatantly biased on a continual basis. Evans deserves no comments from the Phin fan fraternity because 1. Dolphin FO deemed him surplus because he wasnt good enough to be a Dolphin and 2. He hasnt grown up enough on a professional basis to give unbiased opinions especially when he has no freeking clue what his "ex team" is doing. Ireland should send him an invite to Camp. Evans hasnt the balls to step anywhere near Davie. He's a keyboard/camera warrior. Shame he wasn't as good playing. He might have made some Pro Bowls. Don't forget ppl. Evans got his career ending injury against the Dolphins. Bitter? errrr...yes.
He can dislike the dolphins, dislike what they are doing, think they overspend, ect... but saying the Jets are the biggest threat to the Pats is ridiculous. They don't even know who their starting QB is going to be. They are a huge mess. He loses any credibility there
I think ppl forget Dolphins ended his career with him getting injured. That isnt mentioned much, just that we cut him. Talk about a 1-2 punch. That Violins i can hear?.....no.
I won't comment on his "actual" comments anymore because he doesn't base them on fact. He bases them on "what he would like to see happen". Big difference. CK backed him up huge last time using the word hyperbole alot. I'd swap that for uneducated/biased B/S. Just my opinion.
He does this EVERYTIME he talks about the team that cut him and ended his career. There is a clue right there. Someone took his lollypop...hmmmm...i wonder?
He does seem to harbour resentment for the way things did not work out for him with the team.He should be grateful,he ended up playing for a good team for a minute. It's not like he didn't go to Canton because of the Dolphins.
And everyone has the right to disagree with those opinions, and to voice that disagreement...especially on a Dolphins fans forum.
Does this guy have Twitter? At the end of the season, a coordinated twitter bomb on his arse will get the point across.
I am not arguing that he's not an idiot, because he is. But when they have their little pre-meeting before the session, I'm sure that Heath jumps at the chance to be anti-Miami, but we expect that since we cut his overrated butt, but he is the way he is because it gets him attention
Heath Evans was just giving his opinions about the Dolphins, thats all. I don't agree with him, but that's my opinion. Everytime someone says something bad about the Dolphins, you all get your panties stuck up your butt and overreact. It's small talk, just let it go or turn the channel. It's a easy thing to do.
This is like watching CNN or Fox News (depending on your political affiliation) just to hear what the other side is saying, so you can laugh.
A lot of people give "opinions" that we as Dolphins fans don't want to hear or don't like. But this guy is straight talking out of his ***, and in turn fans on a message board are going to talk about Dolphins related issues. This is not uncommon and it's certainly normal. I haven't seen any death threats or stalking type posts... After all it's message board talk, just let it go or don't click on the thread.
So true, some people get so uptight about someone else's opinion, it's just so funny. Nobody can just let stuff go these days. Maybe I'm the only one on here that owns a remote contol for a tv...lol
It's just so funny to see people overreact about someone's opinion. People are soft these days. All I'm saying is just let it go or turn the station, people must love being miserable
The thing is, Evans is supposed to be giving an analysis based on his suposed knowledge of football. He is not. He's giving his opinion based on his bias towards the Fins. But you're right that all we have to do is not listen to or read his analysis.
