the DA can choose when and how to charge, why the rush? The Boston Bombing bum hasn't been charged yet...See? And that is as clear as a case if there ever was....and come on Shula he is guilty he is a Pat, meh need we teach you EVERYTHING!!!
There is no doubt in my mind he is 100% guilty of something, what it is is the question, but anyone with half of a brain should see there is no ****ing possibility that this guy is not somehow involved in the death of another human being, and yes, either you are purposely being a Devils Advocate or a contrarian but you're coming across as someone who is defending this guy, if he wasn't acting so damn guilty I would understand your hesitation but its absolutely baffling you think he could be possibly innocent of any wrong doing when he acts like anything but an innocent man.
Here' what I think, AH was there when he was killed, what we have seen points to that, and I also believe he was ok with Lloyd's execution, something tells me whatever crowd is in he IS the ringleader, the controller. There is no way those other two killed him without AH being ok with it. Also I've tried to conjure up possible ways based on what we know from the timeline how Lloyd could have been whacked by anyone but AH, and I couldn't do it, at least nothing that is believable. Like I said everything points to him being involved. And I'm eating this **** up not because he's a Pats player - though it does make what happening a bit more enjoyable - but because since I can remember I have been fascinated not by the crimes but the mind of the criminals, why do they kill and the stories they leave behind, I have read dozens of true crime books since I can remember and its always wonder what makes them tick and the way they acted up to and during their crimes. And this story has it all so far.
Your point about him being guilty for no other reason than he is a pat is well taken lol But in all seriousness I would turn what your asking back on you. Why the rush to presume him guilty before the DA has made its case and the defense has had an opportunity to respond? I still have a lot of questions that need to be answered before drawing a conclusion about how involved AH is in this. Do we even know the cause of death yet?
I am defending him but not because I think he is innocent but because I need the police to meet a higher burden proof then they have for me to agree to convict him of murder. Im not playing devils advocate just to be a contraium and I know my postion is very unpopular but I need more evidence before I can be comfortable declaring this guy killed somebody. My gut tells me he was probably involved but I need more than just my gut. We are talking about murder here and I want to be sure the right person is held accountable.
Proof? Circumstantial evidence that certainly seems to indicate he is involved, yes. I have yet to see any proof presented.
Now I am going to play devils advocate. Maybe Odin was in AHs car meeting a drug dealer to pick up stuff for all of them and it turned bad and the drug dealer killed Odin. AH is covering it up because of the drugs znd paniaced/
Because that's what I totally said. The courts that issue the warrants for arrest ARE closed though, so unless he commits another crime, or a warrant was issued before closing time on Friday, he isn't getting arrested this weekend. At least to for anything related to this investigation.
He was shot in the back of the head aka execution style. At has been reported for a few days now. So yes, we know cause of death.
I guess that's the difference between us, I don't even need my gut to tell me he is guilty of this, its that obvious. And you're opinion isn't so much unpopular as it is blind, I think that's why people are throwing their arms up like when you say he has the 5th amendment protecting him from charges of destroying evidence. It's like com'on man
I am not saying he is guilty, I am with ya on the innocent until proven guilty, I work in the field......I am saying he needs to cooperate.... And no we probably don't know the cause but I am sure the authorities already did an autopsy......
I am going to be honest, I hope he didn't murder him, I just want the guy to get cut by the Pats so we don't have to worry about him anymore.
Just watched the news about today and they showed clips about it at Hernandez's house and they walked out with about 10-15 bags of evidence......
The defense is not required to prove their innocence. The prosecutions job is to prove its accusation. I only showed you guys an example of reasonable doubt. You nor anyone else has provided any proof that he guilty.
Why would AH leave the body to be found so close to his house? Where are you getting his cause of death from. I cant find it.
the 5th amendment says he does not need to cooperate more than what a warrant says he has to do. He is not obligated to voluntarily assist the police with their investigation.
We're not justice, we're public option, and if everyone is suppose to be blind to the facts, how do juries come to their verdicts? Flip of the coin? Because he's brazenly stupid enough to think everyone won't look the other way, probably also thinks since its a black man that was killed the police won't care as much, he guessed wrong. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/art...tml?ico=ushome^editors_choice_six_of_the_best There are more links but they are not really from any major outlets so either they are choosing not to report this or its just a rumor.
I know it has nothing to do with it but every picture you see of him, he is in a hoodie and toke. It has been beautiful around here everyday this past week 85 and no humidity.
Lets look at the facts: They knew each other They were out drinking hours before the body was found AH had a rental car registered to him in proximity to the crime scene AH has not been voluntarily cooperating with the police You are ready to convict someone of murder based on those 4 facts? Where is the murder weapon? Was there any witnesses to them arguing over anything at the bar or how was there general demeanor toward one another? Any blood evidence? Whats in the evidence that the police seized from his house? Where was AH at this guys TOD and does he have witnesses to confirm his alibi. (IMO this is one of the more important unanswered questions) Theres a lot more questions that need to be answered before I'ld be willing to declare this guy is a murderer. Just because he knows more than he is sharing does not make him guilty and it is not illegal to resist assisting the police voluntarily. Sure that is a possibility too. Making a convincing case that is what happened and I'll listen. At this point all of it is speculation with the excepetion of the basic facts of the case. Thanks for the link I was not having any luck on google. Its kind of strange that everyone is not reporting that the guy was shot to death more.
He might hiding wounds on his head or neck, or he might be hiding his identity from the press. I would think it there were wounds on him that the police wound of already arrested him and collected DNA evidence from the wounds.
there is proof. You mean proof thats not circumstantial. And there is still more proof that he is guilty then he is just rebelling as you stated.
Reasonable doubt is the burden in a court of law, not public opinion. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Forensic evidence that his car was at the scene of the crime. Sent from my HTC One using Tapatalk 4 Beta
First I heard this but OK. That is proof that a car that was rented in AH's name was at the crime scene. Is there evidence that he drove it there or didn't lend it to OL to drive?
