Glad to hear that Tony really has control of the coaching aspect of this thing. I know alot of stuff was written after his hiring that he'd just be a puppet for parcells or whatever, but it sounds like its becoming clearer and clearer that he is indeed the coach of this team, and will do things how he wants. Will he look to Parcells for advice? Of course, why wouldnt you look to one of the best coaches for advice? But at the end of the day, it really seems like he's the guy in charge of the team itself, on the field, and thats what's important.
Well said. After a decade of coaching dissapointment its almost hard to get excited every time we have a new coach, but this guy might be good, heres hoping
Good find bro. I was just going to ask a favor for all of us and if you have time, could you just post a sentence or two from the articles you post. It helps a lot. Thanks, appreciate the news bro.
Parcells, Ireland, and Sparano were all great hires. I know we've been let down in the past, but I think it's safe to be optimistic about this group, and to be optimistic about the future of the Dolphins. If we can find a good QB out of the group we have, we're going to be better than a lot of people expect, and we're going to beat teams who thought they'd have an extra bye week. If we made the playoffs, I'd be shocked... but I wouldn't if we won 7 or 8 games.
