Definitely. But I think there is upside. To be fair, I'm probably higher than most on Richard Marshall. And when it comes down to it, I probably am most comfortable with CB being a weakness above any other unit. There will be pressure on the front-7 though (no pun intended).
Not only does Jeff Ireland mindf%*$^ Bills players (see E.J. Manuel phone call), he's subconsciously mindf%*$^s Dolphins fans by drafting "Taylor" and "Thomas" back-to-back. Speaking of mindf%*$^ing people, how's this for a story? A buddy of mine has a friend named Matt Sewell. He's 29, and I believe works in Dayton, OH at the moment. He goes about 5'7" and 160lbs. He receives an e-mail from the Tennessee Titans on Saturday night welcoming him to the organization as an undrafted free agent. It included instructions for his flight, car rental, hotel stay, and how to get to the Titans' facility. Apparently he shares a nearly identical e-mail address to Matt Sewell, a 6'8" 335lbs O-lineman from McMaster: http://www.marauders.ca/roster.aspx?rp_id=5673 My friend told his buddy he should have replied and shown up as a 5'7" 160lbs OL at Titans rookie camp. Too bad he didn't, but it was worth a laugh.
We replaced Smith with grimes and added 3 rookies in the draft. Our secondary is exactly the same...nearly
Uhm, not really, usually teams only carry 5 Cb's and 3 S's, 3 new faces at Cb and Marshall coming back for a full year. I actually like Marshall, but recall in Carolina he was inconsistent, one year he'd look like cow flop, next year he'd look like Brandon Browner.
