The Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reports West Virginia WR Tavon Austin scored a seven on his Wonderlic Test at the Combine.

The Journal-Sentinel's Bob McGinn has exclusive access to Wonderlic scores each year, and he reveals them for some top wide receivers at the linked article below. Tennessee's Cordarrelle Patterson registered an 11 out of 50. College teammate Justin Hunter scored a 12. Keenan Allen (19) and Robert Woods (23) were much better. Ultimately, Wonderlic scores have zero correlation to NFL success. Troy Williamson scored a 21, while A.J. Green scored a 10. Redskins busts Devin Thomas and Malcolm Kelly both scored in the 20s.

Meh. For a guy with his speed and skill set it isn't a big deal. Besides our greatest player ever reportedly had a horrible score too.

Which greatest player ever would that be? I can think of at minimum, bare minimum, 10 greatest players ever.

This entire thing of course (The wonderlic that is), means much of nothing. Not even sure why they still do it.

Marino is the Undisputed, and the wonderlic score was supposedly one of his red flags coming out..

Maybe ESPN can remake the Wonderlic too. WonderlicR

Tavon plays smart, seems to understand the game, and had possibly the biggest role & thickest playbook put on his plate in college football outside of QBs, so the 7 doesn't worry me in the least.

In the last 14 years only 4 of the 28 QBs that played in the SB have scored under 25. Donovan McNabb and Trent Dilfer scored under 25. Kurt Warner and Brad Johnson don't have a score I could find. I think that's leaning toward a trend (86%).
