Yes, but they are sure to go before the 4th round. I'm convinced that RB is such a fungible position that it's not worth drafting before the 4th in most cases. I think Lacy goes before 42. Bell somewhere later in the 2nd.
I've seen Bell all over the place personally, and wouldn't be surprised to see RBs going later than normal this year.
Yeah, I just checked NFLDS and they have Bell lower than before and in the 4th. If all are on the board in the 4th, I would still prefer Franklin, Taylor or Ball. YMMV.
