Eh, looks interesting although I'm not real big on theme parks...but I am excited about the opening of The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, at Universal Orlando.
Friend of mine just got back from the park...here's a couple of pix: The loading dock of the Led Zeppelin ride: The ride itself: Entrance to the park: Rock & Roll Heaven section of the park: The Knights in White Satin ride. She said it was "a trip". Dippin' Dots booths set up like road cases: In front of the Zeppelin ride. The "strings" are made of water and when you touch them it plays "Stairway to Heaven". The Gibson Store: Men's room wall at the "Whammy Bar" This one just makes me laugh.
Led Zeppelin ride? I bet the design was lifted from various other rides with no credit given out until later down the road when everyone calls them on it (kudos to anyone who gets that). On a sidenote: This gives me a reason to go to South Carolina now...
You got ACDC's I've got big balls pit. the madonna donkey show- mature audiences only the kiss comedy show, basically all they have to do is show up. and dont forget about Bruce Springsteen RULES Island. (only hot chicks and real men pls) Just stay away from the Boy George tunnel of love.
