I love everything that has happened thus far...and I hope Keller stays in Miami.

Here's my take on Wallace. We paid him a lot of money; however, the team cannot treat him they way they treated Marshall. Do not go out of your way to force him the ball. He is a guy who gets the ball maybe 5-10 times a game max. I feel the Phins should trade Bess and upgrade #3 because of this. Hartline and your #3 will get the majority of the targets. Sprinkle Wallace in. If you overuse him, his effect is nullified.

even if he's a better version of Bess, no way IMO is Welker worth the money he's asking. WIthout Tom Brady, Welker is a 2nd tier WR. a good 2nd tier WR, but 2nd tier nonetheless.

And as for Brandon Gibson, hell I'd probably rather have Laurent Robinson who was just cut.

Just because the Jaguars signed him to an insanely overpriced deal doesn't mean Robinson suddenly became awful.

 

Listening to the Jet fan hosts on WFAN was funny regarding Keller, the echoed that he was always banged up, that he disappeared for games at a time and they would not be sorry to see him go, and then Joe said until he toasts the Jets for 150 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Question is, is Keller the guy that disappeared often for the Jets, or was it coaching (Taking Sparano's year away because that is obvious)?

 

Alright, I'll buy that Welker isn't the Welker we see if he doesn't have Brady and NE to make him that. I'll buy that he's asking more money than what he's worth, afterall, he's worth the most to NE and really no one else (although he'd look good in Texas or even Atlanta) but Welker is a much better WR, even with his flaws than Bess. If anything, Bess is a poor man's Welker...Don't get me wrong, I like what Bess brings to the table for us, but he's no WW...
