Conversely, I haven't seen footage of the LeBron hike (would like to see, actually)
Rondo's been doing weird stuff like that for years and we haven't said anything. I like things like that.
I like SOME theatricality, but that shnit is just dumb. I don't care if Woody Hayes hiked it to Dan Marino...it's so dumb it's head scratching.
Who gives a ****? You really have to be looking for **** to complain about, to complain about this. He snaps the ball to Chalmers and then proceeds to dismantle the other team. Seems pretty cool to me.
Is this Kyrie-specific or just about the Knicks moving forward? No one has turned down that first rookie-extension, so hard to see Kyrie leaving unless there is a specific reason.
Its Noo Yawk Its Da Mecca! AKA the same ****ing reason every New Yorker thinks that their team is gonna get a high profile player, only to be rejected time and time again.
Yep, acquiring a top 5 player in the NBA, the DPOY, and one of the best scoring big men in all of basketball is being "rejected".
Shooting 40% in his last 10 games. Speaks for itself alright. Seriously though, top-5 is a stretch. I'd be okay with top-10. Or top-3 scorer. That's good too.
13th in field goal percentage among all Small Forwards. 11th in rebounds. 11th in assists. Gives up 0.89 points per possession on defense, 377th best in the league. Speaks for itself. Top-5 NBA player.
the alleged top 5 player was traded for. (he is nowhere ear a top 5 player, btw) the top scoring big man got a ridiculous contract without insurance having balky knees. and the DPOY was grotesquely overpaid.. Yep. rejected.
Well, seeing how COACHES, you know, the guys who plan to play vs these guys pick the All D team, while Writers pick The D players...the answer is obvious, no?
Save the stats, if I looked at those and told you Chris Bosh was fighting to be in the top 10 in Centers alone...you would cry foul. These same Bs "efficiency" stats you like to reference at your own convenience has A slew of players better than Dwayne Wade including guys like Horford and Noah. So does that speak for itself??
Dwight Howard who played like 50 games got it and we pretty much know why. He's good, but reputation is what it is.
Well according to the efficiency stats Tyson Chandler is a MUCH MUCH better Center than Chris Bosh so how overpaid must Bosh be?? At the time the Amare signing was just fine, he's playing we'll in an awkward situation. I'd ask you to name 5 better but that would turn into a poopfest because I'd be willing to bet you would try and put Wade ahead of him, and that's just homerism at its best. For the record?? Lebron Durant Melo Paul Kobe No peticular order.
You are making my point. Chandler "won" it on reputation. Dwight IS (well, was) a better defensive player than him before getting hurt. LeBron should of won it last year.
If you told me that Chris Bosh was struggling to be in top 10 centers, I would you are full of ****, because he isn't. And a "slew" of players better than Dwyane Wade? That is also bull****.
I would think the reputation vote goes to Dwight everyday of the week. But he is a great defender. Either way no Knicks fan feels "rejected" we have Tyson Chandler on our team, that's just stupid.
I agree, but according to hoop stats efficiency ratings it's all true. That's why figures lie and liars figure.
For the record: Dwyane Wade is #1 among all SG's in PER. (#7 overall) Chris Bosh is #3 among qualifying C's in PER. (#23 overall) Melo is #3 among SF's, (#10 overall) Tyson Chandler is #10 among C's. (#28 overall) So ....nope. Fin-O. You lose again.
On your part. You put D Wade and Mello in identical situations, and D Wade' team would do better than Melo's team. For all the Mello "pure scorer" talk, career wise Melo averages a misely .1 more PPG while shooting 45% compared to Wade's 49%. Melo average out to one more rebound than Wade, but that's about it...Wade doubles his assist, blocks, gets more steals, I wont even mention the defensive side of the ball. You guys forgetting what Wade was doing befor LeBron came to Miami. Like I said, you put those two on identical average teams, and Wade's team will also do better. I'm not even gonna get in to the playoff discussion. Wade is a proven WINNER. Mello? Been past the first round, what? Once? Out of the players you listed, Melo is the odd man out, while D Wade is the guy who deserves that spot. So troll on.
Hahaha, I know I know. Anyone who disagrees with you MUST be trolling. And in identical situations today I take Melo, I apologize my opinion doesn't match yours.
You provided one set of numbers numnuts. Ok let's play stupid. Bosh (10 amongst Centers in Eff) Chandler (6 amongst Centers in Eff) Wade (16 amongst all players in eff) Anthony (9 amongst all players in Eff) So save the high and mighty crap Hector.
