Poor Cleveland. Basically a farm team for #1 picks

Why would that depress me? The Cavs have as much cap space going forward as pretty much any team in the league. If not for Baron Davis' contract, the Cavs wouldn't even be at the salary floor right now.

So on NBATV they are talking about how to fix the dunk contest. I have an easy as pie solution.

Fan voting. Just like the All-Star game. Then have a big charity prize for the winner.

Oh thats not the depressing part. The Knicks have a bunch of expirings that summer to accumulate assets with. And if you couple that with what I know already its bad news for the cavs. I'll PM it to you if you want to know.

The depressing part will be that the Knicks will STILL be eliminated by Miami. In 2015 for the...what 4th straight year by then?

I dont know exactly what the Knicks have planned but rest assured it wont be the same team. Too many variables and expiring players....

I know, I'm just ribbing you. Who knows what Miami will look like then either. In all honesty I WANT the Knicks to be good. Nothing better than Heat-Knicks playoff basketball to me, I grew up with it.

I could see a Lebron convincing Kyrie to stay and signing there. Lebron is still sensitive in regards to his legacy, if he went back to Cleveland paired up with Kyrie and won the city of Cleveland a title all would be forgiven and he will be the greatest "man" on the planet.

Will he go back home?? Too many unknowns at this point but I can bet you one thing the only place he would leave Miami for would be Cleveland.

To the Kyrie point, if Lebron does not come back, I could see him leaving easily. It's not the most appealing city in the world by any means.

This statement is absolute truth. Lebron's motivation is 100% legacy driven. I think a lot of people miss that when they evaluate what he will do in a year. I guarantee you he will be whenever he believes will give him the best chance to leave an indelible mark on NBA history.

I like the idea of not having a dunk contest event; just have people vote on the best dunks during the All-Star game itself.

I think we've seen every possible type of dunk, anyway. Well, maybe not Charles Barkley's Chaos Dunk, but we all know what'll happen if he tries that.

I seriously doubt he ever goes back to Cleveland as long as you know who is still there.

and I have that on actual info.

Besides..follow Lebron James on Twitter. This is a guy that has lived his whole life in cold weather cities, and since he moved down here, and got that waterfront home, all he does is post pics of his kids playing in a pool, and him sitting poolside DURING THE SEASON.

We HOOKED him. This is a very nice place in which to be rich.

The funny thing in all this is that ESPN and the rest of the media want him to leave badly.
Too bad they'll be dissapointed when he stays in Miami

I'm pleasantly surprised the flying death machine is still chugging along. I thought they'd let up for a bit after the all star break until closer to the playoffs.

    Live from the Internet.
Since Big 3 got together, this has been the most typical HEAT Game ever.
    Go up by 20? Check.
Piss away the lead by 4th? Check.
Go down by 8-10 points with under 5 to go? Check.
Come back and win in a ridiculous fashion? Check.

    I've seen this game before.

    Also, MV3

Knicks won. That hasnt been happening much lately....99-93 over Philly (It wasnt that close for most of the game; it was 10-20 much of the game). Melo with 29 and Amare with 22 (on 9-10). Amare looked like Amare can tonight. Gonna need A LOT more of that from STAT.

Fun Cavs vs Heat game. I might be in minority but I really like Waiters' potential. His shot selection has REALLY improved since January.

Just when I start to think Lebron has surpassed the douchebag label?? He hikes the ball in a regular season game.

Unless your a Heat/Lebron fan, you recognize that's a douchebag move and does NOTHING to disprove his attention whore persona.

No, don't think I'd kill him. Really wouldn't know what to make of it. I'd probably just think, "ok, what was that about?" Which is kind of what I think when Lebron does it too.

Meh, doesn't bother me that Lebron does it. Wouldn't bother me if even a true douche like Rondo did it. I don't particularly get it, seems like a dumb move, but doesn't make me irate.
