OK. By the multiple fast PMs.....Foster it is. Wont be easy folks. I'm a big believer in Tampa's young pair of LBs. Probably talking equivalent talent.....or high picks or quality player and mid picks without huge cap. On my phone right now so I will get back to PMs later tonight.
I have to apologize. I was out at dinner with the inlaws for 2.5 hours... nay 3.5 hours if you factor in the travel time. I did have risotto for the first time. It was nice. Anyway, I'm sorry for not being around to keep things going tonight. Where's my ***** GIK?
Actually despite a fairly decent trade offer I think I'm going to keep Foster and move him to SLB where his aggresiveness could thrive. Plus he's a more natural LB then O'Brien Schofield. So I'm going to move O'Brien Schofield instead.
Ha! Good one. Real action doesn't start until we get to bid on cut players. Trading is pretty much done for now. We wont see any big trades anymore. edit-Did the Chargers make a trade that sent them back Donald Butler?
Auctions are fine as long as it's a public reserve or the ballsy no reserve. The hidden made up on the spot reserves are bullcrap.
Yeah. All auctions should have to have either no reserve or a public reserve stated in the first post.
Don't need a public reserve. Just need to have the person holding the auction disclose the reserve in some form before it starts.
I think it's better to say there is a reserve and just leave it at that. From the point of view of the person holding the auction. This is your player, you're entitled to set the rules. If you don't like what's being offered then don't trade the player. Same as any trade negotiation. Except the auction does the negotiation for you if you have multiple teams interested. There's a purpose. If you don't like the rules, don't participate.
I might be interested in a 4-3 WLB or possibly MLB. No superstars or high caps though. I'm talking round 3-6 type guys (since that's where my picks lay ;p).
LOL....so nice of the person I was attempting to trade with to let me know he'd be a while getting back to me as they had to take care of their kid with a 105 fever ;p Priorities you know. Inform your trade partner.........then take care of kid.
haha She was passed out on top of my right arm... Bottom line was, I never realized how pissed off you could get trying to type on an iPhone with just your left hand.
The circle of life. Dude's been traded so many times the only place left is the same place he started from. That's some **** right there.
I got greedy? You said 2 1sts and 2 2nds... I merely asked which ones (since you have IIRC four 2nd round picks)... Just so if another offer came along, I'd know how to measure which is better.... you apparently took that as an afront... You then lowered your offer... but I got greedy....mmmmhmmmm
