IF Wallace Bowe and Jennings make it to FA thats not happening. Many of you will need other targets. Throw me something useful and hes yours. LB, DB's, TE, DL and picks interest me.
I can put to bed those rumors right now. Greg Jennings will be tagged. Will I be open to trading him afterwards? Maybe. But I can assure you he isn't hitting the open market.
Especially if a certain WR on my roster gets traded.....talks with multiple teams may or may not be happening as we speak.
Rice is overrated. I'm glad I got my WR Malcolm Floyd trade in for Kelvin Sheppard before the mania over WR's kicks in.
Yup consistent #2 guy the past 3 years. 700-860 yard guy with 5-6 TD's. Sidney Rice had one great season 4 years ago...a #2 type season last year..........and the rest of his career a migraine mess of a WR who at best would be #4.
You mention Rice being overrated in the same post as you brag about getting Malcolm Floyd. Irony. Floyd: 56/814/5TD/14.5 YPC Rice: 50/748/7TD/15YPC with a rookie QB. EDIT: Not saying Rice is a #1 or awesome but hes useful and in a league like this where WR's will be in high demand hes worth something decent
For one year. Which Rice are you getting? That one are the Rice that puts up 280 yards, 141 yards, 484 yards or 280 yards for a season. Thats the only point I'm making. Floyd is consistent after a rocky start to his career. Rice on the other hand...buyer beware. More name then anything. I'm just stating I'm glad I got off cheap for Floyd. I assume you'll make out like a bandit with Rice ;p
Floyd is ok. Neither is anything more then a #2. Rice is a good player when healthy and thats the only point i was making. This isnt a keeper league though so...
