Good article on Marinovich: http://www.esquire.com/features/the-game/todd-marinovich-0509 Here's some stuff from his art gallery: http://toddmarinovich.com/
Personally I've found the exceptions to be the rules and the rules to be the exceptions, more often than not.

According to this report he declared 7 days ago: http://www.saturdaymorningtailgate....cordarrelle-patterson-declares-for-nfl-draft/ I saw this on twitter also: Told by who? No clue
Neither of those are official declarations. Essentially that's just scuttlebutt. I'm sure he WILL declare, but that's not official.
Declarations are hard to rescind but minds can change before you declare. I don't consider him declared.
Floyd, Elam mum Although many consider it a given that junior defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd will announce for the NFL Draft sometime after Wednesday's game, he said Saturday he still hasn't made up his mind what he's going to do. “No, I haven't made a decision,” he said. “I haven't sat down with my coaches and talked about that yet. Right now, we're just focusing on Louisville. I haven't talked to anybody about the NFL. “I'm just getting ready for this game. On Jan. 3, we'll talk about it. I'm not locked into anything yet.” So much for Driskols inside info. They will declare.....just not yet.
Aggie DE to enter draft ... Texas A&M announced late Sunday that star junior DE/OLB Damontre Moore will enter the 2013 draft. Moore, who had 12.5 sacks this past season, is considered to be a top 5-10 prospect. http://www.gbnreport.com/
Draft Countdown is showing that Matt Elam declared: http://www.draftcountdown.com/features/Underclassmen.php

I don't like that we're just having our way with the difference between a guy strongly being rumored to declare, and a guy actually declaring.
Yeah, I agree. I googled the other sites after your post, and they don't really surprise me as per jumping the gun. I didn't however, expect Draft Countdown to jump that gun, if that's what happened.
Such a unique artistic angle. Really like his blend of color. Very stoic and dark. Then out of nowhere comes this... Thanks for the link, it spiced up my day...
It's his own style- Picasso's Blue Bell period. Maybe that's a yellow and blue cleaver in the midsection, a sneaker print above the cow head and a butterfly dive bombing on the cow's back. I'd like to get a framed photo of his urinalysis results after painting that opus. Even the cow looks high. All kidding aside I hope that he's doing well, some of his paintings look pretty good. He had a rough go of it- who knows what led up to Marinovich doing what he did to his career, life can be complicated. I hope that he does well with his art career, and I wish him well. ps I like the Johnny Cash portrait.
Big performance from Hopkins. Kid has serious talent. Typical Keke Mingo as well. Don't be suckered in.
Two in; one out of draft … Pretty much as expected, Southern California junior WR Robert Woods announced after the Trojans Sun Bowl loss to Georgia Tech that he will be entering the 2013 draft where he is projected to be a late first round pick. Same story for Auburn junior DE/OLB Corey Lemonier who will also enter the draft. The 6-3, 245-pound Lemonier who had 5.5 sacks this season after posting 9.5 in 2011, is considered to be a second-day prospect for this year’s draft. On the other hand, BYU OLOB Kyle Van Noy will return to school for his senior season next fall. Top Big East CB enters draft ... Rutgers junior CB Logan Ryan Logan has announced that he will be entering the 2013 draft. The 5-11, 190-pound Logan is considered to be a second-round prospect for the upcoming draft. http://www.gbnreport.com/
I absolutely love Hopkins. I don't know if many people will agree with me, but if he declares he would be my number 1 rated WR, just ahead of Terrance Williams. I think he has everything that Ireland and Philbin could want in a WR. While I would prefer to trade down a little bit to select him, I honestly wouldn't be too upset if we had to take him at #12 (sometimes you need to reach to secure the guys you want).
That QB class is shaping up to be one for the ages with him and UCLA's Brett Hundley. If I remember correctly there was another freshman QB that I was really high on...
