Yea, the half filled stadium should scare the heck out the the Seahawk players. They will probably look up into the stands and wonder why so many fans came to the game looking like empty seats.

The dolphin players will come out and play hard despite the energy in the building this time, their on their last straw, they know now that they cannot tap into the energy in the building, so they should be alright this Sunday..

Also that bogus media hype has now disappeared so it should bring their over inflated egos back down to earth.
So hopefully now they can go out and take care of it on the football field instead of believing what they are reading and seeing.

I don't know how a team that never accomplished sh&$ can get off track, but I guess they did..

I do believe what makes a great coach is to inspire a whole team to get on the same page emotionally, if the coach cannot inspire that type of unity, I think the team will always fail, no matter how talented the coach and team can be in other areas..

The Dolphins players are used to the small crowds. It is the Seahawk players who will be shocked by the lack of noise and the numerous empty seats. They are used to playing in front of a packed and extremely loud crowd when they are at their stadium.

I expect the Dolphins to play hard and be more competitive than they have been in recent weeks. While the Dolphins could win this game. I just think the Seahawks are the better team at this time and I expect the Seahawks to win in a low scoring game. My prediction, Seahawks 17-Dolphins 10.

Jon Martin might give up 10 sacks in this game.

Not true man that's just a myth, Fact is the Hawks fans are CRAZY loud. I mean the stadium is open and above and at both ends. Do you think the Phins fans could produce that amount of noise? I don't think they'd be able do to the simple fact that Florida is slowly starting to lose intrest in there pro sports teams slowly. Maybe just to many teams and not enough fans to go around. Either way good luck this Sunday!

that is not a myth, it is in the local paper. Hawk fans are loud, however they did design the stadium to be as loud as the Kingdome.

I've done a lot of research on this topic..imo, they were cognizant of making it into an intimate atmosphere but I'm not sure they knew what kind of impact it would create in terms of an incredible advantage, they wanted to build it differently than the norm, they wanted the seats closer to the field mos def... for example. From the Seattle times..

"The challenge produced intimacy. The solution was to cantilever much of the upper deck out over the lower deck, to do what they did at Husky Stadium 50 years ago.

"It was an expensive solution," said Poulson, "but it gave us so many more seats closer to the field than if we had done a standard bowl. The cantilevered seats also increased protection from the rains."

As a neutral (Broncos fan) I see a very close, defensive game.

Both teams have solid D's, both have rookie QB's with limited weapons, and neither score huge points. Seattle on the road will find it hard moving the ball on Miami IMO.

I think the reason Miami have close games is exactly this, A good D with a limited O. I think the horrible Titans game was more because of offensive TO's then poor D play (I could be wrong though).

I think Miami as a whole are in a decent position. The D is pretty tough. Tannehill has shown me enough that he will develop into a good QB. He will have bad games as a rookie because he is raw and does not have a huge amount of help.

I like Bush and I like Miller, not sure why he isn't used more. D Thomas seems like a good g line back and pounder.

What you need BADLY is WEAPONS. Bess is a good slot, Hartline shows promise but you NEED another 2-3 GOOD receivers and maybe a good pass catching TE to help Fasano out.
