I still like the idea of adding the familiar Jennings to the team, keeping that synergy in the offense goes a long way, maybe because of some nagging njuries, a down year, we can get him on a good deal.
I love Bess and wouldn't want him gone....ever. I just don't like Hartline...but yeah it's cool to disagree.
none of our wrs have the wow factor so since we wont be in the playoffs i say tank the season and land a real stud player. and we havent had more then one stud wr in a long time now if we have a shot at the playoffs i say let chris come back and sign Plaxico and then focus the draft on the rb, te and secondary positions
Wallace is three years younger than Bowe. He is faster and would provide more of a deep threat than Bowe. Therefore based on age and the ability to beat defenses deep, Wallace would appear to fit the needs of the Dolphins better than Bowe does. Personally I would rather see the Dolphins draft Justin Hunter from Tennessee in the 2013 draft, but if they are unable to draft a legitimate #1 WR in the 2013 draft, I would prefer Wallace over Bowe.
This thread has been here two days and I haven't responded because I'm just not sure...I think the direction that Philbin wants to go is to do nothing now, and improve thru the draft, moreso than trade away picks that might get us an additional guy. I doubt that KC is giving Bowe away for a 5th as some have said...afterall, we were able to get 2 thirds for malcontent with similar skills.... After the season, if they add one of these guys, that different.... Jennings might not be the guy they go after given that he's turning 30 tomorrow and will be nearly 31 when the real games begin next season.... We'll see, I guess but I just don't think this (trading now for Bowe or waiting for either in fa) is the direction this regime is looking to go...
My preference is to find another wr. Draft one or trade for another one other than Bowe or Wallace. That is my true preference.
