He has one of the highest QB ratings ever. He's in the top 5.

All QBs make mistakes. I don't know what mistakes he makes that other QBs don't but at the same time I don't think you know either considering that isn't true.

 

He forces a lot of throws and turns the ball over plenty. Could really care less about QBRs. I'm not big on the "elite" label either but there's certainly another class above Rivers.

Well I don't agree with that. He's on that list, IMO. So is Big Ben.

 

Rivers is like oragami, folds under pressure.

Those other guys can all perform in big games. Haven't seen that from Rivers. He's more known for crying.

 

I don't agree with that either. I've seen him perform well under pressure and in situations were non-elite QBs haven't performed well.

And what'd the Chargers win in those 6 years? Like 3 playoff games? Like I said, QBR just does not mean all that much.

Rivers just hasn't done enough and started looking worse the last 2-3 years while everyone was expecting him to go to that next level, imo. But sure agree to disagree.
