Just going by positional numbers, I agree a DB makes the most sense. Preferably one who can cover.

I find it difficult to even wrap my mind around the fact that they only have four corners right now.

 

I think Garrard could easily go in and be the starter in Arizona or NYJ. It would take a lot for those teams to admit mistakes for the QBs on their roster but he would be an instant upgrade imo.
