Bob Griese was just pointing out that for the first time as a HC, Philbin is going to have to cut 15 players this week. Griese was mentioning how tough that was going to be for Philbin. As badly as the team has played the past two weeks, I would think that would be more difficult for Philbin to select 15 players he actually would want to keep on the team.

 

Lol... Griese... the "red hankie." He is such a bad commentator it's hilarious.

I am exactly the same as you on both. It is apparent to me that you are a very intelligent person.

 

I agree that Griese has lost it as a commentator, but he has made a small fortune calling college games since he retired from the Dolphins. So I would assume he is laughing all the way to the bank,and he could care less how any of us feel regarding his comments in the booth.

See, we may not agree in regards to the Dolphins at this time, but we probably agree on the more important things in life. That's good to know anyway.

 

Derrick Shelby is playing well, too.

 

Shelby has been one of the few bright spots this pre-season.

 

I think it is possible that Griese could have an amount of caring, then with a little convincing could care even less.
