Oh, hey, the team doesn't suck when Stanton's healthy!

I'm sure Loria is shocked by this.

He is now 12th in the league in OPS. I want him to finish within in the top 5. I think he can do it.

It didn't suck last night. /that'swhatshesaid

So, next year's batting order: Boni 1, Reyes 2, Stanton 3?

I had fun watching the kid pitch last night. a lot of walks, but got out of jams. If he can work that change/curve/moving FB he can be a good starter for us.

Make sure you buy your tickets on stubhub. They stop selling tickets 2 hours prior to game time. In the last 30 mins they are selling tickets on stubhub, the prices decrease even more.

I liked sitting out in left field. I don't recommend right field cause you can't see the big scoreboard. Otherwise really anywhere lower level is a great view. I've gottan tickets for $2 in the upper level and $10 in the lower level from stubhub. Just be aware they charge a $10 or $11 surcharge for the entire order (not per ticket)

I also recommend buying parking from the Marlins website too.

This team has just been worse than awful lately. 3 games... 0 runs. It's becoming unbearable to watch.

Same thing that's going on in the Marlins' season, a lot of crickets.

Stanton has been a monster lately, though. He's pretty much cemented himself as the team's core player and the third batter next year.

What's there to say about this team- they are absolutely awful. Stanton is a monster, but other than that, there is nothing exciting about the Marlins right now.

That's just funny that they cancelled the Franchise. Disappointing, but funny. Love this team but it's sad how bad they are right now.

On a plus note, Giancarlo is an absolute monster. Wish the bats could be this hot every night.

Considering how good Hard Knocks is, it seems it would be difficult to find it half as good.

Very true. I saw the first 2 episodes then shut it off. Just wasn't as interesting/dramatic as Hard Knocks.

That's because baseball players aren't very interesting. I only saw one episode of the Marlins' year and really didn't think it was anything special, the Giant season bored me to death as it was the "Brian Wilson is whacky let's just film him doing whacky things" show. I actually kind of liked MLB Network's "The Club" when it followed the White Sox front office around and showed them behind the scenes during the draft and leading up to the trade deadline. I thought that stuff was extremely interesting because as fans we really have zero idea what happens so that was fun. Wish they did another one, kind of surprised they didn't.

The real problem with The Franchise is that it never really answered our questions. It seemed to focus on everything except what we wanted to know--how decisions are made, who has responsibility, did the locker room really hate Hanley, etc.

Yup 100% agree. I don't need to see Hanley and Jose Reyes playing video games before a game.

It would be cool if they focused on the front office during the off season or during the winter meetings in the team's war rooms etc. That would be good although not sure if teams would want camera crew access to that stuff.

The low points just keep coming......Welcome to Groupon deals....:pity:

Despite their shiny new stadium, Miami is still 18th in attendance in baseball, averaging 28,128 per game, 75.1 percent of capacity. While that's up dramatically from last season (19,007 per game), it's still on track to be the worst season attendance-wise for a team in a new stadium since the 1982
