Is Isaiah locked in as the next Knicks HC?

 

That guy is awful.

 

Even though I feel like San Antonio is the best overall team in the West as far as being well rounded, they don't scare me as a matchup for Miami. We can play great close out defense when we set our minds to it, and the open three is a HUGE part of their game. I don't mind Duncan scoring inside, though Anthony will have something to say about that, so long as we close out on the three ball and contest those shots. If we make them miss their threes, it is going to be off to the races for us.

OKC scares me more because they dont mind playing our style of game, fast paced up and down the floor. In fact they prefer it and have athletes.

 

That last game is going to haunt the Lakers. They have a shot as of this post to win this game (though its early) they are playing well. They close out the last game and this has the potential to be a series 3-2 in their favor. Now even if they win they are still down 3-2 with a huge mountain to climb.

 

Supersonics vs Spurs should be a great series.

Wade and LeBron complained to the media about Granger being a tough guy today.

Sorry - but Wade demolished Collison from behind and LeBron threw his elbow back to hit Granger in the face - they don't get to complain that he challenged them to their faces instead of taking cheap shots.

Wade and Lebron didn't "complain". They pointed out that Granger was being a fake tough guy, getting in everybody's face as if he wants to fight, when he clearly doesn't want to. Lebron said it best, when he said that NOBODY is gonna fight, so faking like you are going to is "stupid".

This is a new one, somebody actually sticking up for Danny Granger. Hint: He's a Cavs fan.

 

I find it interesting that the Cavs fan saw the Lebron elbow, but failed to see Granger blatantly chicken winging of Wade in game 1, and the various elbows that loser has thrown in this series.

 

I never said Granger wasn't doing the same thing - just that it was hypocritical for them to ***** about it when they're playing the same way. They're complaining saying he shouldn't get in a guy's face when LeBron did that exact same thing when Granger knocked his headband off. And Wade demolishing Collison IS something you do on the basketball court, now?

It's hypocritical - my pointing that out doesn't mean I absolve Granger in any way.

THEY ARE NOT playing the same way. again, what series have you been watching? That idiot Granger keeps doing the same ole' fake tough guy move of faking like you want to fight, when you know that the guy that is torching you repeatedly is not gonna fight.

And yes, Wade demolishing Collison ON THE COURT is something you do ON THE COURT. He got penalized for it with a Flagrant 1. Thus, something he did on the court.

 

Granger could not be further away from "old school". He's a clown.

 

Wade yes. Lebron, you need to watch it again. After Granger grabs his jersey, he grabs his arm as he runs by Lebron, and Lebron throws his elbow to clear him away.

 

So you're saying LeBron didn't get in Grangers face after a clean foul that knocked his headband off?

 

He turned to the referee and complained about the foul. Like a million other players do.

On the other hand, Danny Granger is trying to set a record for fake fight instigation and making himself out to look like a clown.

yet..he has not thrown one punch and whiffed on one chicken wing attempt on Wade. Yep. Fake Tough Guy alert!

 

Same with Lambeer, most do not recall his antics but Granger is doing the same sort of stuff as he used to do.

Lambier actually FOULED people hard and cheap shotted people. This clown is running around acting like he wants to fight and getting technicals in each game.

 

At least "Studio Gangster" Paul Pierce last year, smacked Wade with a elbow, while he was doing his fake tough guy act.

All this clown does is "act" like he wants to fight. it's bull**** and embarrassing.

 

Only someone who hates Lebron would call that a clean foul. Granger tried to get the ball but instead his elbow lands on Lebrons head and he drives it into him as he's coming down. Not the worst foul in the world but clearly not a clean foul.

 

Except Lambier was actually like that. Granger is a wannabe

 

Now let us see if he can keep it up, both Bron and DW played great games, the heat needed them to play at that level.

But can they do it back to back games?

And that is why Granger is effectively playing the antagonist.

A perfect example is when he walked right into Wade's path after Wade took a hard foul from someone else. Granger was not even close to the play but it was obvious he was trying to get Wade to swing on him. Granger is too ***** to fight. He is just baiting....

 

This is great btw Ozman, this is what the villian is supposed to be doing, just little irritating stuff that angers people.

 

You have to actually be a villain to do it though and the last thing the Pacers should be doing is having their top scoring option do it. That's for the big men....

 

Isaiah Thomas and Danny Ainge both did stuff like that all of the time.
