eh- I have no problem with rough play. That's why I love "enforcers" like Ken Perkins even though I don't think he is a good player.

I'm really curious as to how you can defend that action?

Exactly. It's not like Wade tried to injure him. He just hit him. He had mounted frustration from a lot of bad no calls, it wasn't just the play before. He didn't even hit him all that hard honestly.

The entire Pacers team was playing like a bunch of dirty disgusting thugs. They deserved whatever they got far beyond a bump.

that's really ****ing pathetic. So in your opinion they play like thugs since they actually, you know, play defense....in the playoffs where there is much more pushing and shoving allowed. And to turn around and basically shove a guy from behind during a fast break is acceptable because they don't let you cruise right past for easy layups and wide open shots.

That's ridiculous logic. No wonder people hate your team.

There is a whole of Sixer *** being handed out by the "older guys" right now....

If the Heat don't have a heathy Bosh against the Celtics, it is going to be a problem for them....

They were not playing "defense" what they were doing was absolutely ridiculous. They grabbed Wade mid air and twisted him 2-3 times, basically threw Lebron down out of bounds about two plays before the Wade hit, and were playing like little 16 year old boys who think they are "gangsters".

I only wish Wade would have actually hurt him. I have no sympathy for "thugs" in sports. You dish it and you deserve it back 10x as hard.

I would never wish for a good clean player to get hurt in any way at all, but if you want to act like a thug...I hope you smash your face into the floor. There is no room for dirty play in sports, so if it takes a dirty play to take out a dirty player sure I support it.

Of course I make no sense! To you, but the video shows plain as day that his path was cut off. Which, by the way, was legal because Collison got to the front of him first. I like that he ran him over. Did not think he should have thrown an elbow in but considering how the Pacers were chopping the crap out of them thru the entire second half, I'm ok with it...

    Suspended? lmao!!!!

We're talking plenty of BBall in this thread. I'm fine with him bringing up how OSU had the favor of a particuar ref now and then.

Heat should resort to thuggery next game. Free JJ, king of the street thugs.

Do you think it was ok for Granger to hack Lebron across the head then drive his elbow further down onto his head? Or do you think that was a good basketball play?

I suppose you call this a clean play on defense? If you do don't even bother trying to tell me why. It is clearly a dirty play and fans that hate the Miami Heat will never see it any different.

Yes, after plays like this, and there are more, I'm glad Wade ran his butt over. I would not have thrown the elbow in but I damn sure would have let him know not to get in my way again....

I'm down with that but they won't do it. I'd put the hit men out there right before the end of the half, and if they're down late in the fourth, I'd send them in again and tell them hit anything that comes down the lanes....

What's rediculous is how you're trying to defend some of the dirty play that the Pacers are clearly using. Don't try and tell Heat fans about playing good hardnosed defense. We know all about it but what you see out of the Pacers is a good defensive play then a borderline dirty play right after and they ESPECIALLY did it when they were down in points.

So with your logic here, Wade should have just let the man get in his path and cruise right on by JUST BECAUSE it's the Miami Heat! Damn that! Rough play deserves rougher play. That's exactly what teams have been saying. Get rough with the Heat and you have a good chance to win. Nevermind that they have no superstar players. They have thugs that beat up on the Heat superstars so its ok....by you!

Pathetic that anyone would defend what Wade did. Could you imagine if that was Wade getting pushed? Heat fans would be crying for Collison to be suspended the entire playoffs. Hell they were crying for a suspension for Tyson Chandler on a much, much weaker shot than this. Dirty play by a player who's turned into a complete douche over the years. Well deserved of a suspension he won't get for obvious reasons.

I'm sure he'll be complaining about his teammates again after the game. "Hey kobe, what do you think of your two turnovers and two hail mary shots in the last 2 minutes?" "man, that muther ****ing Steve Blake should have made that shot.. he makes that shot and it's over..."

Durant never made it to the Finals. By this point in his career, Lebron took a team that didn't deserve to be in the Eastern Conference Finals TO the Finals. Durant can't even say that. He couldn't get past the Mavs last year and I DOUBT he'll move past the Spurs this year.

And what makes you think he can get past the Spurs? He can't. He hasn't shown he can and I doubt he will this year.

And yet he has nothing to show for it. At least Lebron made it to the Finals twice. Durant can't even pass the Western Conference Finals. Won't make it this year, either.
