Oh you're saying a team with less than 20 years of existence doesn't have the tradition of a team over a century old???? ****ing mind blowing.

    Sure they do.

    http://www.stubhub.com/boston-red-sox-tickets/red-sox-vs-mariners-5-15-2012-2040167/

$15 dollars down 3rd base line in the infield grandstand. $34 if you want to bump it down a level.

No. You can get standing room for $8 bucks.

What in the world are you people all talking about, I pointed out that you can get tix for that game, sit 25 rows FROM the field for 27 bucks apiece....ANYTHING else any of you are taking from it is delusional....

I am jealous, wish there was deals like that around here, and in NY....

It is just like I bet you cant find a ticket to a Heat game in the regular season for that kind of money, but it would be easier to for the Knicks...

wrong 25 rows from the field at fenway is that purple area, going for no less than 65.....with the majority of them over 80....to a Tuesday day game against Seattle...

Again you cant sit 25 rows from the field a fenway in between the bases for 27, like you could yesterday in Miami....

As I type this I'm silently weeping to myself and dying a little bit inside because sadly this very well may be true.... (although I think the Sox have much more talent and smarter guys running the team than the Mets did/do).

Two rows up from that purple area and you can get tickets for $26. They're not exactly comparable, no, but similar enough.

I mean, you're really splitting hairs here.

You can sit literally right here for $26:

    and right here for $15:

That's what, 35 row up? Difference of 25 feet, if that.

the Grandstands are under that awning, the other more expensive ones are in front in the open air...there is a big difference...you very well could be sitting in back of a steel beam hahahahah...

trust me there is a reason why those tickets are double...however for 27 bucks, I would still sit 25 rows from the field in Miami....

Fenway once you been there, there really isnt any reason to go back, except for the Sausage King.... which I am hearing went out of business...sad if it is true...

So tell me how our two "star" pitchers are the ones who have arguably pitched the worst this year.

Not that Mark is pitching poorly at all. But Anibal-Zambrano-Nolasco (to a lesser extent) have been pretty nasty.

Stanton might singlehandedly be our offense right now.

    And it's working.

 I just meant that all of our starters, the big two have been the least effective two. Even though Mark has been very effective himself.

Buehrle has been better than Ricky thus far.

But I get your point....our rotation is the **** right now.

The offense the last two nights have been a team effort. Before yesterday, he practically was, though.

Yeah thats why I said "to a lesser extent" for him. I think if you take away his worst outings, his best outings have been better, but overall Mark has been much more consistent.

Zambrano has the #4 ERA among all pitchers in the MLB right now according to MLB.com. Of players who qualify obviously.

If the Marlins ever freaking hit for Burhele, he would win 20 games as some smart guy on these boards predicted he would.....:shifty:

He is posting the 2nd best WHIP he has ever had so far (I know it is early), 3.17 ERA, and posting a little over 3-1 K/BB ratio.....

Which for a non-strikeout pitcher like him is decent....

Buerhle has been better than Ricky. Also, Anibal was always our number two, despite perception. He's probably one of the top 20 pitchers in the NL.

You predicted a 2.5 ERA!

But good example for why wins are a meaningless terrible stat.
