I liked the decision to pass to Melo and Williams. The pass to Melo, he was double teamed. The pass to Williams, Williams had a better look. However, he forced the ball to Wade I believe and that resulted in a bad pass.

It was an open three if he wanted to take it 10 feet behind the three point line. He had Kobe on him and Durant blitzing his right hand to prevent a drive.

That was nowhere near an open three.

    As for the plays..

The Deron three was a called play that the West sniffed out and still didn't stop. Deron bricked it.

The turnover, was a bad decision. He had Melo open on the switch, since Durant left Melo to take away the drive for LBJ. He needed to hit Melo for the open three. He forced it to a cutting Wade and that's it.

I'm still trying to figure out why there's a discussion about how the All Star Game should of ended. The All Star game... LeBron had a bad turnover. Does it really matter?

The greatest day in Heat history...was draft day in 2003, when the Miami Heat selected Dwyane Wade.

    6 picks later.....

The New York Knicks selected Michael Sweetney..

Here is a current pic of him:

Its Lebron, he gets killed no matter what.

    - He shoots and misses he is killed
    - He passes he is killed
    - He makes the shot he is killed because "its only an exhibition, show me in the finals"

People just hate the best player in the world for no reason.

He doesnt want to be a Heat, he wants the NYK to prepare like that. That means:
    1) Hes smart enough to know a good team when he sees one.
    2) Hes indirectly saying they dont prepare well enough now.
    3) Hes saying they have talent to challenge Miami (they might) but that they arent doing a good enough job with it (undeniably correct).

Nowhere does he even insinuate he wants to be a Heat. He wants the Knicks to be like the Heat in the way they prepare (starts with coaching...never a good thing when the best coach on your staff is your defensive assistant) and should carry over to the players.

Now based on what Anthony is saying....if he wants to be like Miami then it starts with him at the defensive end of the floor setting the example. Offensively hes gifted. Defensively he can play but man, if he played defense the way he played offense.....

Amare's problem is the warranty on his knee surgery running out. He is due for maintenance.

He lacks lift. He is for all intents and purposes...injured. Till off-season surgery, he won't be right.

Unfortunately I think it's his back not his knee. His back is what gave him trouble last year late in the year an in the playoffs. That would affect his explosiveness about as much as his knees. And by all accounts his knees have been fine, not a peep about them. His back on the other hand held him out of the gym during much of the lockout.

the reason I said what I said about his knee is that there is an actual "warranty" on Micro Fracture surgery of 6 years.

it has been 6 years and 3 months since he had Micro Fracture surgery and he is merely due for maintenance.

It is common knowledge. just like 3 years is key for maintenance on a ACL repair. 6 years for micro fracture surgery.

This isn't true at all. Either you are totally making that up or somebody has completely misinformed you.

When I asked about the knee surgery warranty it was a rhetorical question because your statement was just BS.

Micro Fracture surgery is a process where you replace dead and destroyed cartilage by re-growing "new" cartilage to replace it.

"Fibrocartilage" as it's called does not just re-generate naturally. it succumbs to wear and tear. The "warranty" as it's called in NBA circles is the time that it takes for symptoms to return. Inside NBA circles, with the little real history there is with micro fracture surgery, they have estimated the window of re-repair to be 6 to 10 years after the original surgery.

When the maintenance is "due", they perform what is called "articular cartilage repair."

You know who told me this?

Somebody that looked at Amare Stoudemire's medical jacket during free agency. It is COMMON KNOWLEDGE inside the NBA.

Next time, I would appreciate it if you just said "Thank You" for me informing you, instead of offering caustic comments.

Actually no it is not common knowledge nor an exact science. It is not like an oil change lol.

Every person is different as is their medical history and medical attention they require. Whoever told you that was not being as literal as you are making it sound. Some people require routine maintenance, others never need maintenance again. They all need to be evaluated on a individual basis.

we are talking about professional athletes. Not "some people". I don't know anybody that has had a micro fracture surgery. In the NBA world, they consider that time frame the "warranty". "Warranty" is not literal. They don't give you a card to send into the manufacturer.

If he is being told to not attack the basket, then Antoni should be shot.

I'd like to think he isn't discouraging Fields attacking the rim, but I cant say for sure...never got to sit behind the Knick bench.

Common maybe, but my surgeon hasn't mentioned anything to me about the likelihood of needing "service" in 28 months. I'm not trying to say you're wrong, just that I never heard such things.
