IMO this is going to show us what kind of ownership we have. Ross has been considering a change at the HC postion for at least 11 months maybe longer. Today out of the blue he pulls the trigger because he feels bad to keep Tony in limbo. Im not buying that. Now its time for Ross to unveil a great move that was well thought out and researched. If this was some rash spur of the moment emmotional response to what KC did or because we lost then we are no better off then we were with TS.
Neither desire is mutually exclusive. Shula was plenty experienced when he got the Fins job. You can even be a 1st time NFL head coach and have plenty of coaching experience.
Wow, I feel the same exact way, lol. I think he's done a good job bringing in talent, and I feel he's adapting to modern day football. But man, it seems just drives away potential players/coaches with his attitude.
If Ireland came off as an arrogant ***, its because he is. He brown nosed enough to save his own job and left Sparano to twist in the wind.
Have you ever had to fire a friend? Would you risk your job for a friend if you knew that the friend was not performing the job as required? Would you tell higher management the truth when you know it, or try to cover for a friend?
