Stop being so short-sighted. Everyone knows Tebow is the most inconsistent quarterback in the NFL. He can look terrible one day then incredible the next.

Sure, but it avoids 0-16 which is First requirement before ever worrying about Draft slot! They took care of the FRANCHISE responsibility today....they protected its reputation....far more important than worrying about end of Reg Season and draft position.
