It may be difficult for most fans to grasp, but coaching isn't even one a Top 4 issue with this team. It's riddled with poor chemistry and poor talent at very key positions.
No, but he is a dead coach walking, he had 2 weeks to prep for this game, we've failed. He has to go, and I love the guy, no sense of urgency, no prepped for this one, nothing.

No, alot of it has to do with coaching. Not many changes on defense and the turnaround is amazing from one year to the next.
I don't know what you're basing that viewpoint on but I cannot even remotely agree with you. This team is a cluster*** on all levels including coaching.
Honestly talent wise all we need is a real QB, a consistent #2 WR and a pass rusher. If you get those three things along with an improved coaching staff this team can win. We aren't as bad talent wise as it looks.
Y Bell to the NYG for a 5th (they need another SS, can shift Phillips to FS) Wake to the Chargers for a 2nd and 5th (since they need a pass rush) Marshall to SF for a 3rd and 4th (since they need a wr) Carey, Berger, and Jerry to the Jets for a 7th so Sanchez can get wrecked
Coaching, is a the issue, sorry to say it, Sparano Delende Est. Guys are not making plays because they do not feel they have to make plays.
Porn on network TV. 53 grown men bending over and taking it on national tv. This franchise is so far gone, I dont know if a new coach and a new QB can even fix it. We don't have anything, ANYTHING to build on. Long is average. Pouncey isn't great. No good WRs. Not one player on defense worth keeping...Not one. No WRs worth dirt. I think the best thing Ross can do is shut this team down and reopen in Los Angeles. Its a lost cause in Miami.

At least Henne gave us a better chance to win. Chad's not nearly as bad as people think, but he appears it b/c this team is playing much worse than people thought.

Why would a team that needs a pass rush trade for Wake? Hes horrible. Hes one dimensional. Hes not good at all. Bell maybe for a bargain, probably more like a 7th. I would say try Marshall to the Bears, or back to the Broncos...they obviously have a need at WR.
I don't understand how Henne would have had a better game. Let's face it he and Moore are on the same level. Quality backup QB's. Henne can't make Revis not tackle Marshall before the ball arrives. Henne can't make the WR's catch easy passes right in their hands. Henne can't make Gates learn to adjust to a catchable deep ball with plenty of air under it. Moore had little to do with the loss honestly. He isn't the answer but he isn't terrible.
