    ...or can anyone else not wait until Kevin Burnett gets a "big boy" number??? :yes: I think he and Dansby will make a formidable duo!

    I guess he has to change to a 50s or 90s number to abide by league rules for a lb number, but if not for that I'd not care if he kept #47. Heck maybe some team would mistake him for a DB and try to run on us. ;)

    I remember seeing highlights of the Panthers game for the first time and thinking, "Which strong safety wears #47? He hits really hard!" :lol:

    He wore #57 in Dallas, which Mike Rivera currently has, but won't when he's cut. Obviously there's a certain player whose wearing #99, which Burnett wore with the Chargers.

    They should accomplish what we need most as their strength is in the pass coverage area. Should make it more difficult for Sanchez and Brady to run those short crossing routes, dump offs, etc. I don't know about them being a better duo against the run than Crowder and Dansby were. But the horses up front have some thing's to say about that anyways... Together they are decidedly quicker and faster than what we fielded last year...

    he switched to #56 now, also trusnik switched from #46 to #93
