Sam I got legitamantly asked to come work at a wrestling gym close to my house. The current promotions champion banks at suntrust, and we got to talking for the last few weeks, he wants to pretty much take me under his wing. That's cool. I used to wrestle for a company out west called APW (All Pro Wrestling). Just be careful as a lot of these schools take your money, beat the piss out of you and call it good. Check it out and watch a class or session prior to slapping any money down. Also, I always simply wanted to be a weekend warrior with wrestling (work indies and still have my regular life). If you can somehow make that work, that's awesome. I always enjoyed being in the ring. I have great memories and stories from my brief time doing it.
Ya I am not expecting to be Stone Cold status or anything, but it's something I would enjoy (acting, improv, physical activity, hugging sweaty men in tights) So i'll give it a try. The money he said wasnt bad, 200 down, and then they'd work with me to total 700 bucks. so thats not terrible from the research ive done. Goldust recently wrestled at one of their events, as did hacksaw duggan, so its not some rathole place, which is good.
I should really make you ask Sick these questions and I can answer them on air. I do have a pretty funny story about a fellow wrestler when he traveled down to L.A. and was locked out of his office, only to break in and find that he wasn't alone in there.

Trestman as a future NFL guy? I assume you mean head coach as he has been around the NFL for a number of years (including with Miami). I actually thought we should pursue him as a HC a few years back and was shouted down. He seems to be successful everywhere he goes.

it seems that it will effect them positively since they have smaller payroll than alot of contenders (Lakers, Mavs, Celtics, Magic, Spurs)
