Put him and Vince Neil in the Bugatti and drive them both off a cliff.

Asshats like that don't deserve cars like that.

I favor a booby-trap that fires a stake through the heart of anyone who starts a car while having a BAC of .10 or higher.

Kill them dead; that seems to be the only way to stop these thoughtless, inconsiderate mother****ers.

Instead of getting caught, I wish this particular ******* had killed himself with his car, like that Jackass jackass. **** them both and I hope the one who died rots in hell.

Wow man. You guys are harsh. I don't condone or tolerate drinking and driving, but to say drive these guys off a cliff and hope they rot in hell I think is going too far. Remember, he who has not sinned cast the first stone?

F$%k man, didn't know this site was full of angelic perfectionists.

In 1984 Vince Neil drove drunk, killed the guitarist for the band Hanoi Rocks and crippled a young couple while he walked away without a scratch. Since then he's been arrested numerous times for DUI and has been a complete tool about it.

Angelic perfectionist my ***....I hope he effin wraps himself around a pole one day and kills only himself.

I've heard that the priests have been wanting to talk to you about those "stains". :wink2:

Screw that. The day I knowingly risk other people's lives against their will because I want to have fun, is the day I can't pass judgement on these bags of douche.

I'm fed up with people acting like drunk driving is a simple bad judgement call. Its not, its a flagrant disregard for other people's lives. Everyone who drives drunk knows they are endangering others and don't give a ****. And very, very few people who drive drunk do it once, by the way.

How is this an eye for an eye? I'm not advocating killing these people. I'm advocating if they are going to needlessly endanger other people than I hope they kill themselves before they kill someone else. That and I don't believe in hell.

The fact that you wish that upon someone and have no remorse in my opinion is the same thing. Just an opinion and I'll leave it at that. Either way, we are ultimately in agreement, just to different extents.

And you don't believe in hell......do you not have any memories of 1-15?

1/3 of all fatal car crashes are because of DD, that's between 10,000 to 15,000 people every year. To put that number in perspective, that's more people than we've lost in 9-11 the Iraq War and the Afghanistan War combined. And the majority of these DD's are repeat offenders. How many times must someone endanger or actually maim or kill someone before we can look at them negatively?

Yeah, but most stained glass found in church has the stain in the glass itself, not ON the glass. There's a big difference.

It won't stay yellow forever you know. :shifty:

Fin, you're missing the point, there is one thing to look at someone negatively, and one thing to wish them dead.

I UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU ARE SAYING........

If most of these are repeat offenders, and the law and punishment or getting into an accident doesn't stop them, then we can either hope for magic happy unicorns sliding in on rainbows of positivity just in time to sprinkle life changing dust on a potential dd right before they take the car out of park....or...we can hope they kill only themselves before they T-Bone someone else. Drunk drivers are a menace to society and kill lots and lots of people. Anything else that did that, whether an invading army or a group of terrorists, it'd be not only ok to want them dead, but its ok to take steps to make that happen. I don't see a moral difference.

    Well, just to play along, and as devil's advocate;

Invading armies and groups of terrorists have premeditated goals to kill people.

Do dds? Are they charged with 1st degree or 2nd degree murder? In some cases they are even charged with manslaughter. Would it be morally acceptable for cops to shoot in the head people who blow over and/or fail a field sobriety test merely based on statistics that can be misconstrued to associate them with intentional intent to injure or kill others?

I understand it comes down to intent. But after awhile of repeating the same careless behavior regardless of the consequences, intent goes out the window. By that I mean, that someone can tell me what their intent was till their blue in the face, but if they don't change their behavior and keep doing the same thing over and over, I'm allowed to question their intent.

Imagine if someone you knew walked up and decked you in the face. Then apologized and said they didn't mean it. Then the next day repeated the same thing. Then the next. Then the next. And so on. At some point you're not going to believe they don't mean to do that to you, because they won't stop the behavior. Now I know, alcoholism is considered a sickness and can require lots of time and effort to control, but drunk driving isn't.

Fair enough. I do agree, and repeat offenders really are punished by the law severely, but maybe not severely enough.

I dont think anyone cares about being vice-ful(i think i just invented that)...and sinning upon yourself, endangering yourself. Go eat a container of ajax for all i care. But being an irresponsible douche, and putting other people in harms way, because of your own lack of self-control or sensibility...yeah I/people have a problem with that. Hurt yourself all you want.
