I have a feeling I know who it is, but I'm not going to say because I respect that team's GM. He's putting together a sign and trade... that's all I'm going to say.
UCF Finatic, I don't think that was a bad trade at all. You shed a ton of salary and got two young studs. I think it was a pretty fair trade.
Same here. I think it was a fair deal across the board. Samuel is expensive, but adding offensive weapons balances that out.
I thought it was a fair trade, UCF. Alex Mack is an upgrade over McGlynn, IMO. Samuel is better than Haden, but Haden showed a lot of promise last year as a rookie... that and he is a lot cheaper. I am a fan of Celek, but not really Avant. While Avant came up big in some opportunities, he choked in just as many. I don't think it's a bad trade for either side, personally. Celek will help the development of McCoy (or possibly Orton? Hmmm.)
While true, he’s miles better than Massaquoi and Robiskie. The Browns organization is also under no illusions as to Avant’s true value; he’s viewed as a second option at best. My QB plans might surprise some people.
How old was Samuel? He and Antrelle are both veterans, Haden and Allen are both one year in. He has done a great job in the secondary.
getting haden was a great move as he has shutdown type. I loved getting nate Allen though who was a better player then Rolle last year. Made me younger and much cheaper.

The Eagles have definitely improved their secondary. Giving up Haden was tough, but in the end it was worth it. When a trade generates this much talk, then I think it’s clear both sides did something right.
Agreed there is a good argument for both sides of the trade, I just really like what he has done overall.
