Ireland needs to as well. He just flat out missed on too many high draft picks. Its one thing to get back-ups its another to miss entirely and see guys in street clothes the next year.

Sparano deserves another 2 - 3 years to put this together. We desperately need a QB and a leader on defense. We can not continue to have a revolving door at head coach every three goddamn years. It is pathetic fellas!!!! Everytime we make coaching changes we set our selves back 3-5 years, jesh.........
Sparano isn’t thinking anything of the sort. For starters, Ross is out of the country right now. Second, there was already a prescheduled meeting tomorrow where Sparano would give his plan for 2011 and beyond.
