I gotta throw Monty Python in as cult classics because you either love it, hate it, or have never seen it... There's no middle ground there...

Boondock Saints is well worth a rental if you get the chance. Ron Jeremy in his first (I think) non-porn acting job... That alone makes it a cult classic... Of course, Willem Dafoe gives an interesting portrayal of a gay FBI agent...
