Chad Henne doesn't want your appology, but he deserves it. Man up and eat your crow.

Let's see who actually has the sack to step up and eat their plate.

He was THE MAN today. On one leg. Those of you that wrote him off and clamored for TYLER THIGPEN of all people, own it.

I think Winston Wolf probably has some words regarding what we shouldn't be doing in this situation.

    just another mediocre performance

Been a Henne fan all along. He made one real bad int today, and a few head scratchers, other than that....without marshall, against the #3 pass defense in the league Henne made some great throws, with touch, in pressure situations. The td to cobbs, great touch. The pass to moore was on the money and put him in the position to make YAC. And towards the end of the game, Henne hit Bess in stride, great touch pass......well done by henne.

I don't know about "the man", but he did a **** good job today, and we should all be very proud to have him as a QB. The int he threw was boneheaded, but for all intents and purposes he did great. He got some backup from the ground game and was able to get in some beautiful throws. If he plays like this the rest of the year, and shows he's committed to us this offseason I see no reason why we should go away from him.

Then again, I was completely fine with giving him the rest of the season to make his bones. So I'm probably not who this was aimed at :)

The INT was an awful decision. The other head scratchers (IMO) were results of miscommunication with the WR (whether Cobbs or Moore), because you can see him make similar throws to Bess.

I've said all along we never shoulda benched him. Hell of a game for Henne today on a bummed knee. That's the kind of game that can really boost a young QB's career, especially with his teammates. To put up those numbers, with the injury, and a still sort of banged up O-line. Those are the kind of games that spark young QB's careers, and really boost a team's confidence in their young QB. Even the INT today, sure, a poor decision, but you have to sort of admire the courage he displayed to stand in there, try and make a play and take a big shot. Would have liked to see him throw that away, and he normally does, but at least he was trying to be more aggressive which is what most of the haters want from him.

Would really love to see him, and the rest of the team take that next step today. It's the kind of win that should really help the team do that.

 This is a joke right? Like, you're just messing around here? He played a hell of a game today, injured, on the road in a must win game for this team. Those are the kind of games that spark long careers, and that spark a team, especially a young team to have faith in a young quarterback.

He is still learning as the int proved but he's also getting better as that sideline pass to Moore proved. It's a shame to many people want instant results and can't take joy in simply watching a young player grow week to week, season to season

No, I root for our QB. The Captain of the ship, and want him to do well. I don't hate him just because he isn't #13.

The Chad Henne haters are flat-out disingenuous when they call themselves fans.

If you don't like hearing that, find ONE Fanbase that turned on a second year starter who is .500 as a starting QB. Go ahead and get on with your bad self.

Oh, he didn't cure AIDS the day after we drafted him! HE'S NO MARINO AND HE'LL NEVER BE MARINO!

No kidding, neither will anyone else. You're measuring him against a ghost. Get over it and measure him on HIS performance.

Dont worry dude, 300 + yards passing and engineering a team to nearly 500 yards in total offense is something any QB could do. I mean Tyler Thigpen got what, 30% of that last week? Awesome FTW!!!11111!!!!!!!

Mediocre Performance? I don't think you'll ever be happy with Chad Henne unless he's putting up Peyton Manning games...
    17/30 passing 307 yards
    10.2 ypa
    2 TDs / 1 int
    100.3 QBR

I mean honestly... it's not the greatest QB performance of all time, but it's far from mediocre.

What is it you find mediocre about his performance today, barring the one int we all obviously know was a bad decision.

Ok, for someone who talks constantly about no excuses Henne could have sat today and used his bad leg as an excuse but he didn't, he came out with that bum leg and played a hellva game - with no excuses.

The points left on the board were happening on those WC and WildThig drives though. I wouldn't put any missed opportunities. I can't honestly remember a throw he should have made to extend a drive that he didn't make.

He was great today. Let's see him help string together a couple of wins though(along with the run game and defense), including one in the meadowlands against an elite team. I'm rooting for him!

You mean like when he is on the sideline while we bring in the WC in the red zone? I understand playing it safe when we can get points on the board but we need to be more aggressive when we get in the red zone.

Is it me or is Henne taking more chances down the field and playing more aggressively since his benching? That may have been the kick in the *** he needed to potentially take the next step.

Passing does not equal more aggressive. Dolphins passing been just as inept at scoring points in the red zone as Dolphins running.
