    Home team's on Thursday night football are damn near a lock ATS...

    Take the Fins...Oddly enough...it was the Dolphins who bucked that trend last year in Carolina. I made a post on that very subject last year about how unfair these thursday night games are to road teams considering the hard data.

    Well..that would be 33-4 ATS now....The Dolphins are responsible for 2 of the 4 losses in this system.

    THEY SUCK. Can't win a fixed game.

    2-1 here as well. Hit nicely on the Jets game: Jets −9, under 43.5. If the Lions hadn’t blown it I’d be up nicely for the week. Could probably have cashed out some winnings and bought myself an Xbox 360. Oh well.

    Likings Bucs +9 and Panthers/Browns under 38 this weekend. The Bucs are great ATS this year.

    I blew it, was not near a computer yesterday, although I did bet an unranked UCONN straight on both of those games against #2 MSU, and #9 Kentucky, because in the beginning of the year, before the Big East teams knocks the sheet out of each other all year, they are all dominate on a neutral court.....I mean UCONN, Nova, GTown, Cuse, Pitt that is....all day...dude UCONN would beat Duke right now on a neutral site....no doubt

    I play ESPN's Pigskin Pick'em and have one set for straight out winners and one for spreads. Past week I finished with 15 out of 16 correct picks when picking team winners, my one mistake was having a touch too much faith in Rodgers playing in Atlanta. With spreads I went 12-4. I probably won't do as well again so figured I'd brag about my one good week.

    I think my book finally caught on. I've been making some money betting 1st quarter bets on the total being over 7. If a TD is scored, you get a push and anything else you win. All the first quarter bets are now 7.5 or higher.

    Heat has moved back ahead of the Lakers as the favorite to win it all.

    The oddsmakers are back to tightening up on those that want to ride the heat cover machine.

    it is -8.5 tonight vs. the Knicks, and it is not gonna get better. Too much money following the Heat.

    After some serious regular season slumping and a LONG break (for me anyways) I will be coming out of mini retirement ala Favre once again for the NFL playoffs.

    In 2007 I was 8-0 the first round of the Playoffs hitting every side and total.....seems like an eternity ago but I have always done my best capping in these situations likely because I only focus on 2 games a day.

    I see the opening lines....some look to be begging you to take a side....will look to decide Thu or Fri...

    Ready for some playoff football....this is when I do my best in the past, I wish i wouldve kept full playoff stats over the past 10 years but I didnt. Frankly if I lose my playoff "touch" I need to hang it up (again).


    N.O (-10.5) @ SEA (44.5)

    The Seahawks are not really a playoff team, the Saints are the defending champions....when the Seahawks lose they tend to lose big hence the spread. An injured Hasselback all the cards are stacked against the Seahawks. What they DO have is a great crowd that will give the indoor Saints a fit...I see a defensive game in the beginning, and while I fear a backdoor cover on both I will take SEA/UNDER


    IND (-3) VS. JETS (44.5)

    Confusing line as almost 70% of the public are on the Colts and yet the line hasnt moved above 3.....Fat Rex will try his hardest to establish a bruising run game to rough up the speedy pass rushing DE on the Colts, not sure that will work but I think they will throw the ball well and I look for Holmes and the Jets offense to have a big day. JETS/OVER


    GL tommorow, still working on Sunday as their are some things Im struggling with between what I have saw and trends....

    Playoff football is awesome enjoy.
