With the ball at his feet Inzaghi appears to be a subpar striker. Many see this and say to themselves, "How the heck is this guy a professional soccer player?" But off the ball, he's perhaps one of the best strikers to ever play the game. He moves around as much as anyone and refuses to become marked. He creates space for his teammates and himself off the ball incredibly, and is always putting himself in position. It goes beyone being an opportunist IMO. He creates the space and gets open and therefore the opportunities come in great quantities And that is why, in my eyes, Superpippo is a great soccer player and the leading goalscorer in European soccer history.
I think there's no doubt Donadoni has to take him now after the past few weeks or else there'll be an uproar in Italy. He's peaking at the perfect time and he's got more experience than almost any player in the world at that level. I'd say he's got a 97% chance of playing for the Azzuri this June.
I'm with you, even if for some reason Donadoni he's not a great fan of Del Piero, but in reference of what Del Piero displayed all year he should be at list considered. Personally I feel that he should be part of the Nazionale.
Flamengo coach to lead South Africa at 2010 WC RIO DE JANEIRO, Brazil (AP) - Flamengo coach Joel Santana will take over the South African national team two years before the country hosts the 2010 World Cup. "Due to the gratitude Flamengo has for him, we couldn't refuse. His dream is to command a national team in the World Cup." Wow thats interesting, according to the Gazzetta couple days ago, the ACMilan was near to close the deal with him. To bad because I really like Flamini and I was hoping having him with Milan.
I believe Dinho is under contract until 2010 and unfortunatelly for us, Barcelona sets the prices and the rules, but with that money we could get at least other 3 or 4 players because we have other areas to pay attention to, reinforce the defense for example so I'm thinking in a young defender. It would be awesome to see Ronaldinho playing for us but I wouldn't complain if we didn't get him though, besides Barcelona know he wants to leave.
yeah, we should try to get him. Flamini would be great for the future If Gattuso leaves. I'm not sure but I think Bayern is now also among the clubs chasing him.
We need to believe, is going to be hard, but is possible, the only negative thing is the Fiorentina needs to lose at list one game.
Dinho wants out and Barcellona likes the idea of let him go for what they think is the right price, personally I fel like you do, Dinho he's a gret player and I would love to see him in rossonero, but we can use that money to get more players that we may need more. Dinho is like a luxury for us not a real need!
OK, not to sound morbid, but did he run into the wall accidentally or beat his head against the wall on purpose and thereby kill himself??? One is very sad, the other sad and Darwin Award-worthy. Also, does anyone know when the next Champions League game is?? If anyone knows what channel they are on here in FL (or the US for that matter) I would appreciate it. ESPN doesn't seem to be carrying the games any longer.
