Why did we run the ball against a team who has stopped us all day on the final drive? That's it I'm on the bandwagon.. FIRE HENNING!
Dan Henning needs to go or things won't change. He doesn't give us a chance to win. He gives us a chance to keep games close.
Whatever it takes to keep one of the NFL darlings in the win column. The refs know good and damn well how they should call that play. They know good and damn well you can't establish possession after a fumble on replay. They knew they were ensuring Pittsburgh at least three points. **** them.
Anybody think if Marino had that playcalling sent down to him he would have put up with that crap? Nope?. Me neither. Believe in Henne for crips sake! Henne was robbed by the refs and even worse play calling.
If you guys can't see how week in and week out Sparano/Henning are constantly screwing the team, then you just don't know the game of football except from watching it on tv. Why in the world with no timeouts left except the 2minute warning would they call for a non-existent Ronnie Brown to run the ball against the best run-defense team in the league?? Or not go for the 2-point conversion?
You are ridiculous he had a good game against the top defense in the NFL. Maybe if his blind side was protected he would have got the pass off.
Horrible series....why run that play before the two minute warning? They werent set well, it mean nothing. Bad bad game. FIRE SPARANO!
Well, before I put you on ignore, and recommend most others do as well, I'd just like you to know the reason why: You are a bore, you should be a Jets fan, it is no fun dealing with your pablum week in and week out, and I'm tired of it.
F***** who cares we played close!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we need to win these ffffffffff****in******* games this aint freakin horse shoes!!!!!Coachin staff lost another freakin game my whole damm days ruined again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
That's ridiculous, thank the play-calling and Vernon Carey for that abortion of a drive. We shouldn't have been in that position in the first place.
The final drive was tough. But in their defense it's probably tough when the refs just handed the game to the other team.
WHERE THE **** WAS THE BLOCKING? Are you kidding me? That's on Henne? He dropped 257 on the Steelers D. You're a ****ing troll, sorry.
Shame on Chad Henne for not being Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, or Ben Roethlisberger is his 2nd year starting. Btw, don't act like he has never had GW drives before.
Yup same old Dolphins...would have beat the best team in the league for the second year in a row had it not been for the distgusting officiating. Get outta here man.
yeah excepty fasano shouldve caught that 2nd down pass. cant drop catches at the end og gms. just cant no excuses
This forum is whack. Everybody is always so quick to be critical of the refs yet if anything negative is said about the coaching staff, they're automatically a troll.
Many people to blame. Vernon Carey just sucked this whole game. Where is the great chowder during the game? Play calling just sucked, burning that last time out made no sense. I was waiting for Henne to show Parcells he was a franchise guy. (Reffering to the piece on TV when Henne was asked about Parcells saying he didn't think Henne was)
What really pisses me off is that the ref who called the last TD couldn't even see the phucking ball!!! The replay confirms that the Ref just ASSUMED he got in. The reply showed otherwise and it also showed that TWO Dolphins fell on the ball and one came up with it!! I have never, other than in the Hurricane-Ohio St Championship game, blamed refs for a loss of one of my teams....today the phucking REFS won this game.
Conservative playcalling ... 3rd and 2 and we run Ronnie Brown right into the heart of the defense on a slow developing play. Then, with 4th and 2 from midfield, we punt. Pittsburg comes down and gets a gift from the refs. 3 Miami players fall on the ball yet they maintain possession? I'm not sure how that's possible. Then we run a draw followed by a hurry up pass to put our young QB in 3rd and long against one of the toughest defenses in the NFL. It's an oreo cookie of bad playcalling sandwiched between a referee screw job. Lots to be sickened by here today.
Yeah? Just like last year...with the Colts. And the Saints. And beat the Jets twice...And went 7-9. Reality...Deal with it!
Well, this was about what I expected to see, a tough game with both teams losing players as the thing rolled along, they did not intimidate us and it took a poor Ref call for the Steelers to win. That said, there are no moral victories in the NFL, we are 3-3 and but no starter was seriously injured. Next up, Baltimore in Baltimore.
What the hell are you talking about. We totally outplayed them from the 2nd quarterand on. I'm so pi**ed about the way we lost but I feel great about the way this team played today. In my opinion they answered a lot of questions. This is against one of the toughest teams in the league!
That's because WE WOULD HAVE WON THE GAME IF NOT FOR THE REFS! The play calling, players and coaches ALL WON this game. I really hate stupid people.
There's a lot of talent on this team. Right now it is the coaching that is playing catch up. Because a lot of those guys have learning to do as well. They will need to learn to beat teams by two scores or so to prevent more referee screw jobs in the future.
