If the Knicks landed Lebron its tough to see how you won the offseason when all you added was Bosh. Tough to diminish Wade because he is a great player but the thought process all along was that you would keep him. On the other hand all of espn; broussard, legler, stein, ford, all of em thought NYK MIGHT get Amare at best but more then likely would get shut out. So IF we get Lebron the Knicks have had the best offseason. Bosh puts you at 2nd place since hes better then Boozer or Lee or anyone else available.

Hahn is generally reliable but he is still relatively new to the Knicks beat as this was I believe his first year doing it. However I will say that ESPN radio's Bill Daughtry was saying a few minutes ago that the reports of Lebron looking at real estate in Coral Gables are false and that he was looking at real estate in Rochester County today. Daughtry has been covering the Knicks for damn near 20 years and is not one to get involved with rumors...

would explain why espn removed the bottom line to keep the story from getting out before the show...but i don't know how reliable this guy is...

 

I'd be shocked if he leaves Cleveland TBH and as Section mentioned, who says we're satisfied with just Bosh? there are plenty of solid guys out there for the taking.

 

Sounds to me like he checked out real estate in some or all of his most likely destinations.

 

He's very reliable and has broken a few stories already this summer, but I don't trust anyone with a LeBron James "source" unless it's LeBron James himself or Maverick Carter.

LeBron's people could even leak false information for the element of surprise.

Actually lebron was in NY today all day and he and Mav Carter are supposedly staying here well in to tomorrow. I mentioned this sunday.

By the way, Ric Bucher who broke the supposed rumor that Lebron was flying to miami had his twitter hacked. That rumor is false.

 

Then again, so many people are saying Miami right now including most of the people who were originally saying Cleveland, Chicago, or New York. JA Adande came on Sports Center an hour ago and said that he just reserved a text, and he's "90% sure" (that's a big number) that LeBron James is headed to Miami.

As usual, and always with THIS particular offseason.... it ain't **** until I see it with my own eyes.

 

Oh, by the way, look at this mother****er.... mad because he was no team's top option. Hope he realizes that he was our third option along with Wade, and Chicago's fourth option overall. They simply failed, and that's why he's there.

Very possible and likely in fact. He'd be crazy not to. Its a question of what is accurate and what is not. We will find out soon. Regardless, this has been fun.

This is 110% false. He played a game of softball with friends in Ohio from around 6-8:30PM. This was reported everywhere.

Didn't happen on Twitter. It was on ESPN's bottom line, which I'm sure wasn't hacked.

Saw this too, can't really trust anything at this point but I wouldn't be shocked. I thought he would stay in Cleveland, a lot of league execs can't be too happy if they have superstars coming up on free agency over the next year or two..

Wow, great news if you are a Heat fan. I think this should also help the Phins in that more NFL players are likely going to want to live and play in Miami if Lebron/D Wade/Bosh are here. Broussard seems to think it's a done deal and he is pretty reliable.
