Well, I enjoy hockey and noticed that the US's strategy was very similar to hockey in that they were crashing the goal and the two best scoring chances came from doing so. Shoot the ball in, play for the rebound, take a shot. Is that a viable general strategy or it won't work for long in the WC? It seemed to me that the US just was fresher and more physical than the Algerians.
i thought we were shot the last ten minutes. it seemed we were very vulnerable to counters at the end of the game before we scored

I didn't really see it that way Adamp, it looked to me that both teams were going on the attack ASAP only they had no answer for Altidore, I "thought' he created 2 or 3 penalty kicks just attacking with the ball? I give the Algerians a world of credit, they attacked as much as we did even though they had a slimmer chance of advancing.
