Hello all. I've been back for a few weeks but haven't posted in a while. I haven't really had time with all the goings on with the Army. Just wanted everyone to know that I will be deploying to Afghanistan in about 4 weeks. Maybe 5. I'm stationed in Fort Campbell, Ky - about 45 minutes or so away from Nashville. I was hoping I'd still be here when Miami visited Tennessee in November, but that isn't happening. My wife and children will be going and are going to send me photos of the game. WIsh me luck and keep me in your prayers. I'm a Combat Medic, so I'll be with Infantry Units on patrol and such. Which is okay by me. I just want to make it home to my family. We're fighting a different type of enemy now - as anyone in the military now will know. Best wishes to you all and our beloved Miami Dolphins. But most importantly our Dolphins family and even more importantly our families in general. Wish me luck and take care - all of you. I'll be on here for a few more weeks until I leave. Not sure how much I'll post, but I'll be lurking about. Take care, and God speed to all my Dolphins brothers and sisters. -SCall13

so very good to see you Sean.. I hope we see some more of you before you deploy but if not, please know I care and will hold you and your family in my own families prayers. Not much more honorable of a mission than combat medic, I hold you in highest of regards my friend, may God Bless.
i've got a buddy half way thru his third deployment in the GWOT. he's missed three years of his children's lives. best wishes to you and your family, and thanks for what you do. i agree with CNC, there is no more noble profession within our armed services than yours. your sacrifice in leaving your family to do your job, as well as your wife and children's sacrifice in time spent with a husband and father are humbling to me. though i have never met you in person, i am in your debt. Godspeed!
Thank you so much for your service to this great country and all of us living here. We'll be waiting for you to come back home safe! Take care.
Thank you and all your fellow soldiers, sailors and air men and women and may God bring you home to your family safe, sound and soon.
Be safe Bro, my thought and prayers for a safe return... God Bless and thank you... Hope you do get to see a Fin's game in the near future...
Can't even begin to tell you the debt we all owe you and all others like you serving this great nation. Take this as you wish...I'll be sending protective energies your way for your safe return to your family.
Thank you for protecting our country. Please stay safe out there and I will keep you in my prayers for your safe return.

To be fair, as a Combat Medic our job is to save lifes, but sometimes you have to take a life to protect one of our own. War is hell.
I'll take a life to save one of my brother's lives. Brother = American. It's just the way it is. "Do no harm. Do KNOW harm." I do shoot expert. Being a country boy has helped my aim.
