Last year the CPU cut my kicker and I had no kicker and was like WTF? And then Alex picked him up and there were no good kickers left. Fortunately Alex was nice enough to give him back.
Brian Williams (CB) is on block. Stats from past season: 30 tackles, 1 tackle for loss, 10 pass deflections, 6 interceptions. John Henderson could also be on the block for those needing DT help. Email is in contact info.
Ideas: 1) You co-operate with me and lose so I can have a higher pick!!! You weren't supposed to win THIS much when you traded me your 1st rounder!!! lol. BASTARD 2) You trade me one of your fat boys for your 1st round pick back. lol. 3) More seriously, I do have a Center who is going to be about an 82 next year. If that helps. Can't spare the other fat boys on my line.
Which is stupid because offline madden always *****es at you when you are under the limit of certain players.
That bugs me. who the eff cares if I have a RT when I have two LT's and start one at RT. You should just have to have someone at each spot in your depth chart. Certain positions SHOULD be flexible. Oline is Oline, for gosh sakes. p.s. - weirdly, I'm carrying TWO punters at present.
not only that, but you have 11 linebackers...GEE WILLIKERS BATMAN! thats just as wild as the chiefs having 8 corners. oh and i guess i'll just hold on to my DTs then until another offer comes along
Maybe the stranger thing is that I'm looking to trade for another linebacker. Yeah, that's right. I need another linebacker. That'll give me the 12 linebackers I need. You know, with 11 linebackers I could field a defensive formation comprised entirely of LBs if Madden would let me. I'd call it simply the "11". ANyways, I'd be interested in yer dudes, Boss, but ya gotta PM me and tell me your needs, bro. What are you looking for?
ha that would be awesome. The "11"...i can see it now...#1 in run defense, #32 in pass defense. u crack me up. but as far as the trade goes we'll talk after the draft i suppose... to see who gets who, who goes up and who goes down...and then possible if anyone retires
I'm gonna make most of my moves before the draft, and expect (plan anyways) to have ALL my holes filled by the time the draft ends. Right now, I really only need two more things: an MLB and a FS. But, in order to GET those guys I am happy to trade for ANY player of value then package them to another team with other things I have. So, I'd love to get one of your DTs then package that with another player and picks and move them for one of my needs. Gm-ing is fun!
Waiting until after Super Bowl is played to do most of my talking but Brian Williams (78 CB) and John Henderson (86 DT) are two guys I can move around if anyone is interested, both started every game this past season.
Lots of DTs, NTs, CBs on the market, eh? Hm. I have to figure that after the dradft, some of that unsold merchandise will still be available. Sound like OFFENSIVE players are the real commodity that no one wants to give up. Same old story, offense is considered sexy and the defense gets neglected. lol.
ANy interest in swapping Purdie for Henderson (80 ovr LB) or Sullivan (77center, should prog to low 80's) Or maybe trading your second rounder for Henderson?
What's "F. Help" lol. Yes, Purdie. You have a guy named that, right? I thought. And I love that you have a dude named D. Chub. LOL.
If you intend ta draft, bro, ya better rejoin! lol. And figure out yer picks! Goof. I think you gave your first and second to me, didn't you? Kidding.
Can we do 48 hours??? I'm going to drop high profile players so they become obvious that I will re-acquire them after the DRAFT is done.
FS and you pay more attention to my roster than me Edit: Maybe not I have neither a D. Chub or purdie on my roster
Hey Steve, what's RJ Fields' Potential? Maybe Him for Sullivan or Henderson straight up? Both my guys are B-pot, so ceilings in 80's.
Nahh, Sullivan is that much better than my current center and I don't need another linebacker in Sullivan.
Trade Announcement: the Vikes send the Falcons 1st and 2nd, and Cardinals 2nd to the Ravens for FS Ed Reed.
