    Like, toss-your-baby-in-the-river mad...

I honestly don't see them going 1-4 with how stacked they're getting, so even I'd be shocked.

From your lips to God's ears. I think around 3-2 is more likely though.

It would be full-on panic mode. I actually don't see that though. I expect them to get off to a hot start, then fade away as is customary for that team. Forgotten last year because of the Colts and Bengals laying down, that team was 4-0 to start the season, then proceeded to throw it in the tank.

3-2 at worst IMO. Loss to Miami and Minny (with Favre). If Minny is w/o Favre I say losses to Pats and Fins.

With nearly every "expert" picking the Jest to win AFCE, Taylor heading there, being on Hard Knocks, five prime-time games, their fans thinking the Super Bowl is a given, Rex running his mouth, and signing a FA every week... all that will make it so nice if they miss the playoffs.

Depends a lot on Sanchez' performance. Unless they draft another back I don't think they're as good there. Thomas Jones > LT at this point so they downgraded there.

If they lose 2 of the first 4 it will be panic mode in Jest land and I will love it. I've never seen a team so hyped for doing so little. We all know they should be an 8-8 team that didn't make the playoffs, with a QB they were afraid to let throw the ball. Instead they beat a Cincy team whose better days were behind them and a Chargers team who seem destined to always be talented but never get to the big game. Colts have one of the best QBs to ever play and came up short in the Super Bowl after going nearly undefeated in the regular season (would have if they wanted to), but let's talk about the team who went 2-4 in their division all beeping off-season. I give them credit for making the most of their opportunity and they will be a tough team for sure, but man it's getting ridiculous.

I hate to say it but they very well could end up being 4-1 at the end of that run. I'm as much a Jets hater as any here but as Sanchez grows into the QB job the offense will get better and you can make fun of Ryan but the Jets defense is quite good and will get better. Remember for all of our feel good about our second win over them last year if you throw out the three plays by the two players no longer here we get a butt whipping that game.

If we don't get pro bowl starter play from our safties we could lose both Jets games this season. Jmo, of course.

Not as much fun as reading the game day threads against Miami last season at ganggreen.

I would love that if that did happen, but then again, we could start out 1-3 also.
